Would be nice if they had names so I don’t have to go “ya man, I play a TSP178ACSBB”

I preferred the cheaper one - Brownie. That blue is gorgeous though...

I’m sorry but I just don’t hear a $4digit guitar. Great playing by the guy though. I’ve watched 3 demo vids and they all seem to struggle to not have string poots. I’m the worlds okayest guitar player so I imagine I’d sound like a bubba crew rippin beer farts after a tailgate party. Again, bro guys playing is top shelf.

I agree. A Martin, Taylor, or Gibson at that price would sound much better.

@@tonymayhew3138 Martin, Taylor and Gibson don't make thinline acoustic/electrics in this price range, kid.

I've a thin body acoustic guitar, using silk wound strings otherwise the action would make it unusable.
As a singer I love it as its not too cumbersome and allows me get in close to the mic. Light weight too and fits into an electric gig bag.

These sound exactly like the Ibanez AEWC32 thin acoustic guitars. Those are $399. These Takamine's start at $1449.

I think the price difference is largely down to where they're built. Pretty sure these are built in Japan. Not sure where the Ibanez' are built.

Sounds like a shoebox due to that shallow depth.

Nathan Smith maybe he means the bad fret buzz, not a fan of acoustics, the string gauges are too high and you can’t really do much with them.

@@gower1973 If you are used to electrics, a acoustic can feel quite difficult but with some meaningful effort put into practice, I think you will find that you can do quite a lot with a acoustic. In a lot of ways, it is a different instrument that requires a different approach. You need to be flexible enough to embrace those differences.
