This Thinline Series guitar has a large acoustic sound that is chimey and articulate due to its arched maple back and sides. Designed for comfort and ease on stage, it comes equipped with Takamine's CT3N electronics, providing effortless stage amplification and controls - a hallmark of all Takamine guitars. Presented in See Thru Red gloss finish, this is the six string companion in a set of matched 6 and 12 string Thinline Series models.

Wow!!!Sounded AWESOME,the playing and the guitar as well.Been on the fence about getting one of these.I have 3 other Tak's and wondered how thin one of these would sound.They look great but was afraid the amplified sound would be as thin as the guitar.Didn't want to end up with a pretty $2,500.00 or better shiny turd that wouldn't be played on stage.Is this video just mic'd or are you using the onboard electronics.Really want to hear one of these through an acoustic amp or DI before committing.You make it sound as good as it looks,one way or the other.

Love your playing as usual. In the video the top seems to have thin ridges running the length of the guitar under the finish. Is that just a trick of the lighting or does it appear that way in person?

the only thing I would change on that is to have chrome hardware on it Im not a fan of gold other than that it looks perfect.
