@someone awesome I agree, it is actually incredibly sad because its actually a VERY possible outcome. It blew my mind when i realised that Izuku had actually be through Hell growing up, having his hopes and dreams crushed over and over, then when All Might, his god dam hero! did the exact same thing, i realised that at that moment, Izuku could have snapped and given up on being a hero.
It's a shame that this AU is nothing more than fan-made, imagine how sick it would be and how much money they could make, if they actually made Villain Izuku a real anime after the current BNHA finished!

author bram If I remember correctly doesn’t All for one have the ability to cause other people’s quirks to run rampant? One theory is that he might be able to awaken Deku’s dormant quirk, because quirks are passed on genetically. There’s also a theory that he had a quirk and all for one took it, but I didn’t watch it. Besides even if he didn’t have his quirk, even in the cannon series he’s the brains of the heroes. Imagine the power the villains would have with him on their side. I mean to begin with he already had countless notes on all the heroes previously in his notebook...he would’ve caused catastrophic consequences for the pro heroes
People always underestimate those without powers, Just look at Joker who was able to take out almost all the justice league at some point and he didn't have powers but he had his mind and will and was resourceful…Deku is a smart boy and with his Quirk analysis ability's he would make a formidable villain in this AU Quirkless or not.

No, society rejected him; his mother, despite her good intentions, rejected him. Being quirkless had little to do with it. Maybe in another lifetime Deku could have been able to find it in his heart to forgive and look beyond how they saw and treated him, but when no one bothered to use one ounce of their power to go beyond, to be the heroes they say they were, who could blame Deku for finally having enough?

Imagine if the story was centred around bakugo.
He would try and become a hero but his attitude would be one of his flaws so he'd learn how teamwork and friendship worked.
But once the villains show up he comes face to face with a familiar figure from his past:
Deku.
Because of his actions in the past deku became a villain and bakugo has to learn to face his past, defeat the bad guys and try and save deku from the chaos and depravity bakugo himself caused for him

I honestly love how realistic this could've been if things turned out differently in the first episode. I really love the idea of villain Deku and what everyone's reaction would've been upon seeing him, especially Bakugos. Would they try to save him or kill him? And this villain Deku animatic is one of the best I've seen and is definitely a favorite.
That's why Villian Deku is so good you change one thing about episode one (All Might offering to train Midoriya) and the entire series is totally different
I wish there will be an episode where a villain has an inter dimensional quirk that switches Midoriya with his opposite self or a villain that has a revers personality quirk. Hahhh I wish.

I just made a whole backstory for this in my head
Midoriya (villain name: Deku), never met All Might that day. He was soon was driven crazy by people constantly teasing him and telling him he could never save people. He snapped. His personality changed. He became almost insane. He didn’t care to save the people who constantly laughed at him. He got stronger, and eventually All for One recruited him to join the League of Villains. Deku accepted, and He eventually inherited All for One’s power; stealing quirks. He trapped many people with powerful quirks in secluded areas and took their powers. He planned everything out, analyzed everything, and had a master plan. He sent villains out to attack across the city, and smiled when he saw he was on TV. He knew that the one person he wanted to fight would come look for him; Bakugo. He waited in an abandoned building, watching the destruction and chaos. Sensing someone walking up behind him, he simply said “Hello Bakugo, glad you finally found me.” He turned around slowly, and saw Bakugo’s surprised face as the hero saw a glint of crazy and revenge in the villains eyes. Deku activated the emergency lockdown in the building, trapping himself and Bakugo in the old bank, and proceeded on fighting Bakugo. But, the building was rigged with traps, and by taking advantage of Bakugo’s anger, and guessing his moves from the notes he took in his journal , Deku trapped him quickly. Deku walked up to the weak, trapped Bakugo, saying: “Now you’ll be the one who will have no quirk. The loser. You will know the humiliation and anger I felt when I was quirkless. Your dreams, smashed into pieces. Face it Bakugo, you finally lost to me” before reaching down and stealing his quirk, leaving him passed out behind. “I always admired you Bakugo. Pity that it ended so quickly. I was expecting more of a fight...’’
After that, he used his devious and brilliant brain, (as demonstrated in the show) to become the Ultimate villain, and eventually facing off against All Might, (or his successor) as the new All For One...
(Also I just loved how this video made him look kinda crazy, like he went mad, cause it fits with my story perfectly)

Edit: Okay, so I just finished writing this and, God damn, it's a lot. It originally was supposed to be a backstory idea for Villain!Deku, but a good portion of it is just personal opinions and advice for Villain!Deku, or, really, any Boku No Hero Academia, fanfiction writers.
Edit 2: Also, I don't mean any harm in the things I say about ways I think fanfics should be written. It is just my personal preference for stories that involve things that can be recreated in fanfics, such as quirks or magic. I believe that, as long as you work hard to have a straight, easy to understand plot that isn't going everywhere, the story is good.
Here's an idea that probably isn't original but is still pretty good: What if Midoriya took Bakugou's "advice" from the first episode. The one where he said (according to the dub) "Just pray that you'll be born with a quirk in your next life, and take a Swan Dive off the roof of the building." That advice was technically true, as he *was* "reborn" into a new life with a quirk. After attempting to kill himself by jumping off his school's roof, he was found by one of the villains (like Kurogiri or Shigaraki) that then asked him to join them. In doing so the league would gain a new member, and Midoriya would be given a reason to live. Another bonus for joining the league would being given a quirk so that he wouldn't be quirkless. This could help Midoriya feel more confident in himself and help the league by having a strong member. The ideas for quirks that could be given vary. Some use simple quirks that are stereotypically used for villains, such as Black Flames or Shadow. Some others think of quirks that best suit him, the most common are non-physical quirks, such as Hyper Analysis or Hypnosis. Fan-made quirks are interesting because they allow writers to be as creative as they want, while still having a basis and reference for what they want to create. One thing I will say is that the quirks created should have boundaries and shouldn't be all-powerful. The story can be told in first person, showing only what a specific character (most likely Midoriya or Bakugou) knows, or told in third person, constantly switching between both sides of the story. There are a lot of stuff that is purposefully missing in this storyline, like "Why did Midoriya turn to suicide after learning how to deal with the bullying?", "Why was Midoriya so easily manipulated after wanting to be a hero all his life?", or "What made Midoriya lose his will to live?" These are things that can make stories more interesting and gives the writer creative freedom for stories. This is just an idea for a backstory of Villain!Deku for fanfics and such.

I think Midoriya being a villain is definitely bound to be interesting. I think this because in reality if he became a villain with one for all, he'd grow to accomplish great feats even with the villains. Even now, we all know he will and is. And not only that, even if he didn't possess a quirk, his strategizing, quick reaction time and observation skills are already superb. He's studied those around him and pro heroes. If he left after being in UA, which in this case it looks like he wasn't attending the school at all? I think he'd quickly gather information about the Hero course through breaking into UA to obtain this info. If this was still apart of his personality even as a villain, I more certainly would still find him very intelligent and even charming in a way. it'd also really make for a wonderful villain and some intriguing fight scenes.
Not only that
But things could have really ended different for Midoriya. If all might hadn't been there to witness him run to attempt and save bakugou then I think there was a greater chance of him possibly becoming more hopeless and more toward the path of mischief. I already think he was pretty strong mentally to have dealt with Bakugou for a long time and still consider him a friend.
Bakugou is okay to me, but I do kind of hope that they become true friends later on or at least that Bakugou isn't as much of a aggressively mean person. He has some awesome moments but you do gotta admit that he was pretty mean at some points. I mean though I personally think he deserves at least one good beat down, by villain Izuku or regular Izuku.
Either or.
Because with Izuku part of the villains team, I think the pro heroes would be in for some real trouble.

I feel like if Midoriya became a villain he would have been All for One’s successor and would want to take Bakugo’s quirk for his own as revenge
This is what most probably would've happened if All Might never found Deku. All For One would have found him first and then would mould him into the character that we see in this video. Chances are,Deku and Tomura Shigaraki could've become good friends over their mutual hatred of society and how it failed them and also their undying loyalty to All For One but at the same they would have a fierce rivalry to prove who is more worthy of being his successor. This would make a good spinoff story that could take place in an alternate universe.
Or Stain found him when he's about to kill himself over asshole Bakugo taunting him and rigorously trains him in order for him to stand up for himself.

There's a ff somewhere along those lines: _Another Form of Power_ from fanfiction.net. It's just an entire book on Deku trying to dismantle the hero society. It's written really well, too.

After all the Deku villain stuff over the years I really do want an arc where someone with like a personality inverting quirk turns Deku into a villain and all his friends have to try and stop him and just get wrecked at first. Thing is, at that point I don't think he'd side with the league of villains but instead become an independent force like Stain.

Deku runs off towards the villain, desperately trying to fight him, his mind blurry, he is unable to even remember the notes he relied on to survive the last encounter with a villain, the villain easily overpowers the child, throwing deku against the ground, he is rendered imobile because of the pain, and screams, not in agony or fear, but in anger, his emotions overflowing as his last hopes finally get shattered. The villain, who had known the feeling all too well, sees a part of their old self in Izuku, and tries to question to him.
"Why-" But stops himself
Izuku doesn't respond, as he has lost his consciousness, due to the shock

0:41 Dang it I was hoping he'd cutely smile and wave, and the scene turned black and showed Inko crying with Mitsumi holding her whispering "Bakugou..." after everyone finds out Deku became that way because of Bakugou. (Edit: This was all it was supposed to be until my mind wandered off...)
Then everyone (1-A) would either look at Bakugou sadly or glare at him and then yell at Deku trying to reason with him. He'd look down with a creepy smile, then after he hears there words, his smile falters and tears roll down his eyes but he then smiles again trying to hide his despair. Meanwhile, All Might is pacing back and forth (hiding nearby in case anything bad happens) clawing at his face, regretting every time he made negative remarks about Deku's strength (Like he _was_ in U.A., but All Might degraded him because of his bodily abuse and weaknesses).
Gran Torino is with him and very upset since Deku knows everyone in U.A's quirk, their strength and weaknesses; and he also wishes he taught All Might to be as kind as his master (Tomura's grandmother). But still, he tries to calm down All Might and relax him so he doesn't waste his energy.
The camera pans back to Deku, and he pulls out his nearly filled journal. The League of Villians smile eagerly, waiting for the moment Deku obliterates U.A's faith in themselves. Deku reveals All Might's secrets, and everyone gasps in shock. Below him, Iida is telling everyone a plan while, of course, Todoroki and Bakugo already have their own plans.
Everyone listening to Iida gets a part to grab Deku and hold him hostage until the League of Villians give up and promise to destroy all Nomu's. Deku realises they aren't listening to them, and using the small but useful quirks All for One gave him, he figures out Iida's plan, but only the end of it. Using the radio earphone he has, he tells Shigaraki and the rest to scatter, but bring at least two Nomu's with them in case All Might or any Pro Hero sees them. At this moment, Todoroki and Bakugou launch into the sky far from each other, but seeing they both had the same plan throws them off guard and Deku has time to react.
The camera people in the helicopter move closer to the rooftop, where they see Todoroki "Shoto", (Shouto?) Bakugou "Lord Explosion Murder" and Midoriya "Deku". All three can hear the news reporter explaining the situation, and Deku jumps up and flicks the helicopter away ~45 meters. Bakugou readies himself with a anguished yet fierce look on his face, but Todoroki stands straight and tall, with calm eyes. Deku laughs and mocks them for thinking they can really change his damaged heart. They both see small teardrops forming in the corners of Deku's eyes, but Deku hasn't realized it.
Bakugou's face relaxes, then turns to his typical 'angry yet grinning face. He dashes towards Deku and attempts to knock Deku back, but one the dust clears, you can see that Deku only moved a few feet. Deku then begins to glow bright green, (or was it red??) His hair flowing around him. While Deku was distracted with Todoroki and Bakugou, his used-to-be classmates began to put their plan into action, so now Deku has to not only fend off his classmates, but Todoroki and Bakugou.
One by one, he took out his classmates. This confuses the young heroes, considering Deku has enough strength to wipe them all out in one go, with maybe Bakugou still standing. Uraraka then correctly assumes that Deku still had a little bit of his old self in him where he didn't want to hurt them too much. She points this out to her classmates, then Deku.
Then, Deku.......

Begins moving crazily as his old flames (soul) tries to gain control of his body, the scene then shows what's going on in his head, everything else pitch black with dusty green and red lightning sparkles on the ground (green is previous Deku, red is evil Deku), old Deku continuously tries to talk his evil self out of this madness. With this being inside his head evil Deku realises his quirk is gone, but old Deku has all the quirks you can imagine, using them to try and capture evil Deku. Evil Deku realises that it's just in his head so they can both imagine any quirk and obtain it. Evil Deku is too fast and tires Old Deku, tying him down while his flames start to go out, using his last efforts of gaining control, Old Deku used mind control to what could be achieved if Evil Deku stopped the madness. To which evil Deku's flames start to become smaller and Old Deku's bigger, their flames eventually combined because they both accepted that they need each other at times, and so Deku's body wakes up after going crazy to looking at the exhausted pro heroes and classmates.
Deku apologized a lot to everyone and explained why this all started and said, "I can never forgive what Bakugo did, but I'm willing to start over again if you are". With a sigh of relief Bakugo starts tearing down while approaching Deku and said, "i don't expect you to forgive me at all, but just know I'm extremely sorry and I did what I did because I was afraid you were going to surpass me idiot". They both laugh and everyone else smiled as this situation is now over, the League of villains were all captured and arrested, as for Deku he is sentenced to help with all the reconstruction as soon as he's all healed (he got badly injured because of how much power he used, and because of the body going crazy). With quirks the reconstruction took only 3 months, Deku decided to enroll in UA, he had to catch up with a lot of things as soon as he was enrolled. He learned how to control 8 of his quirks and learned he can only use one at a time, while protecting the citizens from danger. What danger you ask?

OMG THAT WAS AMAZING I LOVE VILLAIN DEKU! Honestly he would’ve actually gone to the bad side if he didn’t have the necessary not-giving-up trait- omg I just thought out a situation: remember Bakugou told Deku in one of the first episodes to jump off the roof to have powers in the next life? Imagine he goes up there for real and sees all might high up after catching the slimy villain, then thinks about how without a quirk, he’d never be able to do that kind of thing, and then the warp guy (forgot his name qwq) appears with Shigaraki to watch All Might’s moves on another building across the school. Midoriya takes out the notebook with all the info on all might and throws it off the roof, but the page on all might rips off and flies towards Shigaraki. When he sees it he tells the warp guy to warp it to him and finally reads it. He’s surprised to see the amount of info, and sees that the other side also has info on another hero, he then sees a bunch of notebooks falling and the source is Midoriya, who is walking to the edge of the roof. Shigaraki quickly tells the warp guy to warp them to the school’s roof and (this obviously with more detail,) asks Deku to join the villain league. If someone’s done that I thoroughly congratulate cuz as they say, great minds think alike lmao. I actually wrote ALL of that, damn, welp, you guys like my idea?

Yes, me too! I’ve always pictured him cracking under pressure (as well as stress and irritation due to the torment and lack of his peers taking him seriously), especially seeing as this was all thrown at him in such a short period of time! I think that he may be saying it isn’t too late to save Izuku, because the only other option (I think?) would be saving the city, rather than him.
