The Buddipole Pro web page shows the antenna can handle up to 250 watts. The black and blue plugs/clips on the Coax and coils are called Mini-Bannana Plugs in the states. The adjustable black plastic piece that the Coax and antenna rods connect to is called the "Versa-T". Great modularity portable antenna.

Great video - one question on wiring I have is whether the coaxial cables it comes with are needed? The reason I ask is because my antenna tuner only has a wire of sufficient gauge coming out of it and I doubt a single antenna wire would connect to the buddipole coax.

The coax it comes with is very convenient. It fits my Fd818 well. I do have several adapters in the kit I use from time to time. But if you have an excellent coax already that terminates into the BNC connector, I don't see why it wouldn't work if you used a custom feeder that you have created specifically for your rig.
