    thethinkschool.com/sp/communi...
    VIDEO INTRODUCTION: Hello Everybody,
On the 6th of December 2023, Google launched something called GEMINI Pro! This is a very big step in the tech world because last December, Google was facing an existential crisis, and we all know why!
Until now, Google has been a monopoly in the search market with a 91% market share!
But suddenly Open AI came in and disrupted the entire search engine market!
Now most people would argue that Chatgpt barely has 180 million users which is 23 times smaller than Google! So why would Google be worried?
Well, this is because Chatgpt is literally the fastest growing internet consumer business in history!
While Instagram took 2.5 years to hit 100 million users, TikTok took about nine months to reach 100 million but chatgpt barely took 5 days to hit 1 million users and just 60 days to hit 100 Million users!
So at this pace, by next year, if chatGPT has 1 Billion users, it will take away 25% of Google’s market share!
And more importantly, Open AI has the cash support from a powerful player like Microsoft which has reputation of killing companies using its business tactics!
This is the reason why when Bard failed to show competency, the stock price of Google fell by 10% and Google lost 100 Billion dollars in stock value in a single week!
So now Google has launched Gemini Nano, Gemini pro, and Gemini Ultra!
3 revolutionary AI products are expected to beat the dominating rise of Chatgpt!
This had a such crazy reaction in the stock market that Alphabet’s stock price rose by 5% and gained 80 billion dollars in value in a single day!
    So the question is,
What is the story of this AI war between Google and Microsoft?
What is so special about Gemini nano, pro and ultra that they are called the Chatgpt killers?
What is the technical difference between Gemini and Chatgpt?
And as students of business, what can we learn from this tech war between Google and Microsoft?
Think School is a Digital School that we all deserved, but never had

@thinkschool Ganesh Bhai .... Actually ITS WRONG QUESTION and if someone is winning the race.....that means there must be an destination but here ....PPL THINK AGI is the destination......which is true as of today....but who knows.... something comes up quickly as we reach to AGI stage......
Some of the factors deciding might be as per my knowledge
      1. Great optimized algorithms( Both the companies have AI OGs and pioneers with in their companies)
      2. Amount spending on R&D (Google and Microsoft backed openAI)
      3. infrastructure (Gcp... Google runs on TPUs n Azure is collaborating with Nvidia for GPUs for processing the data)
4.Quality of the Data that is being fed into the AI model training and Tuning...
      And many moreee.....
BUT AS OF TODAY AND BASED ON FEW DATA that GOOGLE MINDS provided through GEMINI AI presentation in last week...it is ahead of GPT4...
BUT who knows Wat openAI is cooking in their company....they haven't revealed yet....so hard to decide....

BE READY TO DO THE VIDEO OF.........is GEMINI AI lagging behind the ChatGpt in AI race.....😅😅😅
      And it goesssss......on.......
Butttt.....butt........but...... ACTUAL WINNER IS THE ONE WHO manufactures the Semiconductor and GPUs......😂 NVIDIA be like u keep fighting.....make me richer ....and richest.....just like his company's VALUATION shot upto....1 freaking Trilion Dollar 😮😮😮😂
Just like Ganesh bro taught us .....the one who manufactured Shovels and tools to dig actually made the money than the ppl digging the Gold.....

A major issue here is that for all comparisons presented are by taking Gemini Ultra or Gemini Pro with ChatGPT. And guess what, these are future capabilities and not yet present with Google’s Gemini. Also the demo video shared by Google has been heavily criticised for being an edited version and not the actual way that Gemini works.
In short, let’s not claim based on future capabilities. Let’s see what Gemini has to offer right now and then decide which works best.

I think few things are being missed in this video. One is that Gemini Ultra's benchmark was not the same way as ChatGPT, they did the prompts differently. So it wasn't same prompt in ChatGPT vs Gemini Ultra. So while Gemini has promise, its excessive cost of developing the model and this means, its still wait and watch. Google has always had the lead yet OpenAI has set the benchmark. Will need to wait and see.

This AI war is going to be a long one for sure and I think out of nowhere some new modal will come which will have the potential to disrupt the market of both the tech giants, and if that happens microsoft will survive since it has various different business but google's main revenue generator being ads make it a tough competition for them. With the rise of new technologies, new players are surely gonna take market by storm. We have already witnessed this in OpenAI's case!

A daunting task for Google. It is like someone trying to convert a structure built for a specific purpose into a complex multipurpose structure through add-ons. It is always more efficient and economical to do the opposite. Obviously, MS has already gained an advantage over Google from this perspective. Anyway, well explained comparison.
