    This is where things can go a little awry because of our natural asymmetries. While there's no one-size-fits-all approach to perfect technique, in this video I go into some lesser talked about details that can help make the transition to the one arm kettlebell swing a bit easier.

    Hi Zack! I use 18kg for my 2 arms swing; should I use the same weight for the single arm swing? What’s the protocol for switching?
