सर कपालभाती मे मेरा पेट अंदर खीचनेकी बजाय बाहर जाता है तो ईसे सही टेक्निक बताये पेट बाहर जाने से कोई साईड इफेक्ट तो नही होगा

Regular cough hota hai khansi rehti hai feel sound from my throat sir.wht should I do sir pls give me suggestions sir.facing lots problem at night special when I go to bed cant take nap properly.
