I respect and admire your Tetris strategy.
You get more games in per hour this way.
@@geraldundone Is this a rare sight of the CZcamsr winning the comment section?
Oh man I wanna clean that game boy...
Great content Gerald!
Haha. Thanks, Rana! Cheers.
WATCHED IT. LOVED IT. NUFF SAID.
đđđ
Your videos are the most detailed....PERIOD. You have a niche sir, keep rockiN it!
Thank you so much! Very encouraging.
Man you gimbaled the heck out of that gimbal video. Two gimbals up.
Haha. Thanks, dude!
well this was a fun video to watch. appreciate this info on the Moza Air 2.
Thanks a lot! Glad you liked it. Cheers!
This was one of the videos that inspired me to get the Moza. Iâve been pretty happy with it overall, I use it with the BMPCC4K. I would say that for me, the batteries are a feature not a bug. The camera sucks the battery down in about 90 mins, and the ability to have several sets charging and an extra in my pocket is helpful on long shooting days. It is a breeze to balance and I also appreciate the compatible base plates so I can pop it off and on the gimbal throughout the day without having to re-balance. Overall a great tool, and the motion control is a nice bonus.
Once again, a great video explaining moving macro. Something that has interested me, but there is little info out there. Still the best "tutorial dude" on CZcams!
Thanks, Randy! As always, I appreciate your comments. đđ
You sir are amazing!! In depth analysis, detailed information, short and right into the content.... Keep on doing your best! Love your humbleness and presentation!
Thank you so much! That's very encouraging. Cheers!
Gave me a lot to think about in terms of b-roll and bring more intentional with shots. Thanks for this! đ
Or as he's known in CZcams auto captions: "jael dun dun"
that was really good. Your approach was logical and orderly and I think that's what made it outstanding for me. When someone does things just as you have, keeping in mind that the sequence that the viewer sees is primary to the convenience of the film maker, then the video unfolds smoothly just like yours has. I learned tons from watching this!
THANK YOU! I've been shooting macro product videos for one-of-a-kind historical frames. This tutorial helped me up the game! I am using the Zihyun gimbal. but the idea of mounting it to a tripod and focusing manually lead me to some SICK shots that I couldn't have captured on my handheld slider. Thanks again!
Love the bat spin! Makes we want to bring back my "to the bench" segment.
I thought about that the other day. When's the last time you did that? It feels like it's been quite a while.
â@@geraldundone Been a LONG time.
DSLR Video Shooter Bring it back please đđđ
Gerald, This is the kind of deep tutorial that keeps us coming back. You rock bro. I am stoked to try this with my Ronin S.
Cheers, mate! Appreciate that. Thanks.
Iâve had the moza 2 air for three years and never used the motion lapse feature. Thanks for the added value!
Man a gimbally gimbal sign me up :-) Great video as always.
The best kind of gimbal! Ha. Thanks! đđ
This was a very good macro videography "tutorial". I've been watching a lot of videos about this topic recently and this one gave me a ton of ideas. Thank you for the inspiration!
Thanks.. you just gave me a great insight on creating mysteries around the produc, through some really macro on some of the unpopular features of the product, then gradually clearing thier mysteries by gradually revealing some of the popular features, then to the more revealing wider, then to the closer master, then wrap it up with the Master shot revealing the full produc and features...not neglecting using the right music to bounce the transitions on
So true about the USB connection, totally unnecessary for most uses. Solid idea for the video here too, nice work sir
Thanks, Chris! Cheers.

,
I have been following you for some time and now I started clicking the like buttons on your videos even before watching them.
Shafat Al Nomani Iâm doing that too with Gerald so I donât forget at the end. If anybody on YT deserves a like and so much more, itâs this man.
It's a great video. It gives some inspiration to really get to know the things you've bought to utilise all their capabilities. I particularly like the way you have documented 30 years of children's grime. It's like a historical document
Thanks, Jeff! I like your way of looking at it. Cheers! đđ
I liked this video so much I hit the thumbs up button twice :-D Thanks Gerald
I love how technical your videos are!! You answer all the questions I have after watching other CZcamsrs lol.
Thanks, dude! Really appreciate that.
Thank you for this one, was just asking some friends about what gimbal would have those kind of function. Happy to see Moza Air 2 has it, because, with Brandon Liâs videos, it really pushes me towards that gimbal. Once again thank you
Happy to help! Thanks for the comment.
Gerald youâve undone yourself. This is such an improvement over the typical review. Informative for anyone, but some relevant info for the specific product. Props!
Thanks so much! I'm glad you feel that way. I prefer education over typical review formats. Cheers!
Solid video as usually. I love how you built upon the Gameboy features before revealing the actual Gameboy. I might have to toy around with this technique.
Thanks again.
Thanks, Paul! Much appreciated. đ
Great info, thanks!
I'm curious about your thoughts on creating movement (pan/zoom/rotation) by capturing a static 8K image and using the extra resolution to 'move around' in the 4K final image. Would this yield comparable results to using a gimbal?
Itâs a pretty gimbalie gimbal. Nice work man always dig your stuff
Haha. Thanks, Bryan! Cheers.
Brilliant. Thanks for linking this in your latest video. I bought the Moza Aircross, mainly because of budget. I've still not learned how to work it properly so this is gold. I kinda wish I'd got the full fat Air 2 instead, but it was down to cost.
Awesome! Thanks for checking it out. Glad it was helpful. Cheers!
Whoa! CZcamsâs been hiding this channel from me! Subbed, time to binge watch.
Nice! Always happy to have a new subscriber. Cheers!
Thanks Gerald, those are some great tips on shooting video. I'll give them a try.
Thanks! I need to find out your first name so that I don't have to call you Tabasco! đ
What can I say? Another great well made and thorough video. I love macro and when done properly, it can be used to create some of the most interesting shots. Thanks.
Thanks, Phil! Appreciate it. I love macro too and completely agree with you.
im used to your videos being more technical but i loved how creative this was.
Thanks! I like to add in some art now and then. Might do it more often if people dig it.
Excellent tutorial, thank you!
Thanks a bunch! Glad you liked it. đđ
@@geraldundone Can to ronin rs2 do this?
Very interesting shots! I took me back to when I was young! That console might never die for me đ đ€©
Thanks you. I'm glad I could throw a little nostalgia your way. đđ
Awesome Gerald, very well done!,
Thank you! đđ
Normally I steer clear from influencer promo vids but you convinced me, very good video
Another great video! What is the small round LED panel youâre using in this video?
every aspect of this video was well done and really helpful. thanks gerald
Thanks so much! That means a lot.
Man... That gimble really makes those shots silky... At that zoom level any little wobble or shake would be magnified. Very cool
Exactly. That's why you have to go hands free. Thanks for the comment.
@@geraldundone Holy cow worst typo ever that was supposed to read shots. Just edited it sorry about that ha ha
@@Soupcan13 I knew what you meant, but yeah, pretty funny typo! đ€Łđ
Hey Gerald. This is awesome. I'm about to get my Moza Air 2 along with the follow focus system and wireless control. Do you think I should be okay with my BMPCC 4K?
Nice vid dude. Useful content đđ»
Thanks! Cheers.
Ok so thatâs very cool...thanks Gerald
Nice technique. I need to try this soon and put it in my vids.
Thanks. Cheers!
This was so well done & amazing.
Thanks a lot, Seth!
Amazing video thank you I try it. đđ
Thank you I needed this đđđ
A damn masterclass as usual man! Also, great meeting you at NAB bro!đđŒ
Thank so much! And yeah, great meeting you too!
Wow...so well made Gerald!
Thanks so much. Means a lot! đđ
This is excellent and unique content. Thank you so much!
That's a pretty amazing looking gimbal
Another Master Class.
đđđ
Super informative. Thanks for the insights! The interruption by the automatic ads placement during the finished gameboy presentation was a bit of a downer though. CZcams needs to add an option to specifically cut out certain parts for ad placements, if it doesn't exist already.
i have the moza air 2 but never tried the app. thank you for giving us some creative ideas đ
Cheers, Steve! Appreciate the comment.
Not gunna lie... I've never once thought a gimbal would have a use in my workflow.
Until this video.
Also... clean that Game Boy!
Ha. Yeah, it needs a good scrubbin'.
And yeah, you could totally make that style work for your theme. Although, you could probably make good use of a motorized head too. iFootage has some cool stuff I'm hoping to get my mitts on. Don't know if it will sling the URSA though.
@@geraldundone I still have little cameras too ;)
I've yet to find/afford a motorized slider that produces good results for me. Got the Selens Nordic S1 (or N1?) flywheel slider and it's alright even w/ the ursa, but setup is a hassle so I wind up not using it a ton. And the tilt from weight shift that virtually all single-mounted sliders exhibit is amplified when your camera is 16 pounds heh
You're the man!
Very creative and informative ...thanks for this ... I will definitely try this đȘ
This is really interesting. Thank you for making this video.
I subbed , when you said Gerald undone at 15seconds , great intro man
Great tip! Awesome!! I'll try it, just next time clean the sensor of the camera I have OCD so imagine how I felt watching the dust particles x'D
Moza review from Gerald?! Yes!!
đđ
GREAT JOB AND EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE. THIS IS ONE OF MY OBJECTIVES. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
Nicely done, sir!
Great video! I am a complete noob, so was hoping you could answer if something like a weebill lab or ronin s would be able to do the same when it comes to macro?
Very cool review
I really want to get into the camera field and create whatâs the best cam for a beginner to learn ?
Hey do you use Active or Standard Ibis when using your gimbal?
What light did you use for the product shot?
Love that Batman transition Haha. Thanks for opening my mind to another use for gimbals! Didnt think about using it for macro videos until then.
Haha. Thanks! Definitely one of my favourite, all-time scene transitions. Just the right amount of corny! Glad you know the reference. đđ
awesome video! my wife has a beauty business and needs to do a training video of her doing lashes. Do you feel this would be a good lens and set up? Thanks so much!
Nice one! What is the light you are using on your right?
Excellent undoning
I know this is an older video, but can the weebill 2 do a lot of this via the app--especially the start and end points? i've been spending the last 2 days on mine getting to know it and that's one thing I haven't been able to figure out.
I never thought about this and I absolutely love it! Will this method only work with the Moza Air 2, or could you also use a DJI Ronin for instance?
That's great man. Also, using a clean product might also add to the shot.
Hi there,
If you put this gimbal with camera on a dolly liniar motorised track and move from left to right, can you set gimbal to track products to stay in center of frame while the tracking dolly is moving the gimbal from side to side?
Which gimbal would you recommend for the GH5: the Moza Air 2 or the Ronin-S?
Great stuff.
What's the light you use to light the gameboy?
Thanks! That's a Falcon Eyes SO28TD. I made a video on it if you're curious: czcams.com/video/ueXt4mZw6Kk/video.html
Macro is a whole different world!
Well Done Gerald Undone
Just kidding. Nice video. I didn't even know that could be done. Interesting application for a gimbal. Now I want one.
Greetings from Colombia. Keep the great content.
Thanks so much! Appreciate the comment. Cheers from Canada!
Good info. Thanks
Thanks, Ron!
"Gimbally gimbal" haha. Love it.
Can I combine Moza Air 2 with the slypod? Or is it better to combine the Aircross 2 with the slypod?
thank you for the beautiful tutorial!!!
Hi, I use a zhiyun crane 2 gimbal, a bit old I know, but the point is that when I try to make a slight movement on a close up, actually the movement is not smooth, clean. on the sides of the shot you can perfectly see an instability of the image, fluidity equal to 0.
Is it just my movement problem or should the gimbal actually do its job and make everything more fluid and homogeneous?
Great Videooooo
Cool bro. Someone jsut gave me a gimbal - didn't even think of using it for macro/close-up stuff. Crazy! Btw Full Stack Creative recommend you.
Great information, been watching your videos for awhile, and I m starting a watch channel too, now the biggest challenge for me is the turntable, under Macro the turntable is not 100% smooth..... maybe this gimbal may solve the issue I m facing.
Good stuff
Gerald Undode is Crazy !
Wow, you can really see the combination of skin cells, Mountain Dew and Cool Ranch Doritos from 1998 right there in the crevices! Lol.
Mmmm... Cool Ranch Doritos! Be right back. Gotta run to the store.
Cool video nice
Hah, your summary reminded me of that 2016 UK contest to name a research vessel - it didnât win the actual naming rights, but the popular vote went to âBoaty McBoatfaceâ, which is hands down the most brilliant submission for that contest.
I trust your reviews so much that I'm not even going to research gimbals. I'm just going to buy the Moza 2...!
That's very kind, Aaron. Just make sure you listen to my notes at the end about the Ronin-S as well. Both are great, but they have minor pros and cons. Moza is cheaper though. And does pretty much the same thing.
Does it also work if I use my iphone as camera?
whould you try the venus optics snorkel lens with a gimbal ?
Damn good video man
Thanks, Will. Cheers!
I have same lens, and now I want to Try!
Fantastic lens! If you make something cool send it to me on Twitter or Instagram or something.
I had somehow totally forgotten that gimbals have apps. Thanks for the reminder!
I love that big round light you have in the background there. Could you share which one it is?
Alright, found it in your kit, sorry for the stupid question.

Yeah, you got it. đđ
