(although I believe it was a televote qualifier as well). On the other hand, they made sure that their 2018 entry didn't advance, a decision I fully respect, those vocals didn't need to be in the final and their song was too weak to advance in the final in a strong year, where much better songs didn't make it.
I also can't to appreciate this stupid rule of juries voting. I think ESC is a show for the people, but not for juries! And yes, I think Michal Szpak was robbed by juries 🤔

I've seen this skull emoji quite often (and, tbh, I definitely misinterpreted it and may have liked comments I interpreted the opposite way, if skull meant bad, because I thought it was meant in a positive way) and mostly read it as cool, but I'm getting more and more uncertain about its actual meaning. Plus, Mae's styling was awful as well, too much make up, fake fingernails, this outfit wasn't a good idea either. It all seems so tasteless, which means that another difference between her and those girls on the streets is that they might have a better taste in styling and public appearance. I also don't get, why she was chosen, I also don't get, why she got more jury votes than Blanka, LOTL or Pasha. She deserved last place overall and with the juries. Televoters again showed that they had more taste than so-called professional juries by only giving her 9 points, second to last, only ahead of Spain.

He has zero stage presance, he's wearing a random watch for unknown reason on the stage, that's just funny. And for his voice... it's strong, that's pretty much it.
