    i have tingling in the foot only when i try to stretch my legs and i have tried a lot of exercises from your videos, do you have any recommendations doc? thank you for the informative videos

      If it only happens when stretching, not doing that would probably be a good idea. When you stretch your hamstrings, it puts tension on your sciatic nerve. Outside of that, you'd have to see someone to get evaluated in person.

    I have this in the bottom of both feet. Does that mean it's not coming from my back and more likely PN?

      Not necessarily. Either could cause that.

      @@More4Life Thanks so I'm getting a lumbar MRI, so I suppose if there is some form of stenosis, it could be the cause?

      @@bingohhhhhhhhhhhh it could be, but there are other possible things that could cause it as well. You'd have to talk to your doctor about it to find out what's causing it in your case.
