    Great video… for me I’ve made the first visit to the surgeon… I told him I am not prepared mentally to get the surgery ..I know it’s a hard tough recovery … I’ve got L 3,4,5 and SI joint problems too … one leg can be fixed as a result of the replacement the other replacement my leg can’t be …so makes me wonder about my back even more …I’ve got bone on bone in the outer portions of both knees … I said I wanted pre surgery PT …he didn’t think that was a good idea because ‘knees only have soo much life in them ‘ and they’d get worse …. I got a ziretta cortisone injection in them … few days ago and the pain is somewhat better…. I know I also need to lose about 40 lbs …hard to do,at my age 67 without some exercise …. Anyway I’m rambling … thank you for your vids. ….

    I’m 33 years old and have gone to doctors, specialists and had several tests done on me and they find nothing wrong with me except I have numbness on my right thigh sometimes and then numbness in back my legs and and sometimes on both legs from knee down and stops at ankles. I thought the worst but maybe I should go see a chiropractor

    I never think I can twist my knee. 6 months ago the pain began. In the interior part of the right leg. With the time it became all the knee but the point was in the interior as you show. That movement of the tibia and knee makes me good but the problem is that I was not almost walking for 4 months.

    I had that shooting pain ,burning sensation and stiff on my right thigh even worst after I stand 3-4 hrs I got few times of steroid injection but only temporary 😢

    Disagree with your study saying PRP was not superior to cortisone or gel. A recent meta analysis showed that those studies showing no effect had too low a dose of platelets. Effective treatment required 8-9-10 million platelets. Which reveals a problem. Since this is your own blood you may not have a high concentration of platelets and there is likely no way for the practitioner to determine the platelet count.

      Thanks for sharing the updated study results. Do you have a link to the article? Platelet count is a normal part of a Complete Blood Count (CBC) panel though with norms of 150,000 to 450,000 / microliter. If say 9 million were needed at ~300,000 per microliter, that would be about 30 microliters, or 0.03 milliliters of UNCONCENTRATE blood, which is not a lot. Even on the low end, 0.06 mL is still not much. It seems like one would have to be severely deficient in order to not be able to get that many platelets. P.S. I'm not arguing with you... I just find it interesting. Please do share the article link if you have it.

    I subscribed you , because great information, I can't do full cycle but I stays there just pedaling back and forward but those small cubi bike I use everyday , do u think is it OK I use two time 20 minutes each . Thanks

      I couldn't tell you for sure without knowing your situation, but in general, it's ok to use them for 20 minutes x 2 as long as it doesn't bother you. Check with a healthcare provider near you if you have concerns.

    2 😢 over 2 half years sufffered awful awful pain in knees feet hips. Started with a painful knee and got worse. Knees wont bend. Feels like my knees wont hold me up at all and they gunna collpase under me. I have slight but painful swelling just before my toes on both feet and xrays revealed a little arthritis but they havent actually gone into detail. It also shown some fluid on my knees. They wont give me steroids or drain the fluid until i have rebuilt muscle in my legs. Physiotherapist basically was useless. She had me bending my knees x10 on each leg thats it, and told me to push back my knees when i walk. I cant!! Im trying and trying and trying. Im stiff every morning im very unsteady in so much pain in knees and now hips. I've followed lots of videos on yt and followed advice including exercise nothing is working and its that bad i have lost faith in my doctors and myself. Im only young over 40 but under 60. Its affecting my life day in day out 😢 ive used pain meds, exercise, tens machine, ice, heat, creams, gel, anti inflammation meds, all to no avail. There is no help cause noone cares. Its been and is that bad sometimes i would prefer to get off the ride 😢 I wouldn't wish this pain on anyone. Ive demanded help from my doctor over and over and its the same old story, heres some naproxen and cocodamol, bye. Ive always been very independent in life and i worked none stop 12 hour shifts caring for the elderly in hospitals etc, which I loved, now I cant even stand up without tears and pain. For reasons i wont go into here, i have been secluded to my bedroom for over these last 2 half years, its been like living in a jail cell, so rarely any activity apart from a bathroom visit and downstairs when allowed by. Ive been trapped mentally and physically and emotionally and i feel so very alone. So sorry for such a long comment. It helps me a little when I let out how im feeling because noone listens really or cares enough. Im now trying slowly to get ME back but im still encased in my bedroom nearly 24/7 often in pain, and tears. Thankyou for reading if you did. ❤

    I got plain numbness (ig I can call it that) in my big toe, one beside it and the small one in my left foot. It happened before and each time because of work shoes and heavy work loading my upped and lower back. Last time the feeling faded within 3-4 days but now I have it for over a week and it does not feel any less numb. No massage or stretching helps. I had a bunch of heavy work to do in the past week and honestly I can't even tell what the cause could be this time. And I still so hope it will go away by itself like last time even tho it doesn't seem like it at all. This vid got me some useful info in case I would go to the doctor soon, but I'm kinda scared of what they will tell me

    Surgery on July 19th for disk degen. On my c5,6,7 neck, I'm ready to have it done I can't tilt my head all the way back and constantly have pain in neck when rotating so if you have issues see your doc get mris ect. Long term of this is not fun I waited to long.
