    As someone who doesn’t always love back workouts and struggles to engage those muscles well, I loved this workout and how the exercised were paired together!

      I hear you, the back is much harder to engage than the parts of our body that we see all the time. I would suggest that you practice flexing. That feeling of flexing and contracting the muscle, is the same feeling you want when working it. Try it!

    I also loved this workout because it was creative and not the usual boring movements from ten years ago. I am 50 years old so I have done "a lot" of upper body strength workouts, so thanks for an fresh perspective on upper body strength training.

    Loved this workout! My back muscles are very weak so def needed some focused attention. The exercises were unique but very doable with 3 sets of weights (5,8 and 10), though I mostly used the 10s. This is the FIRST workout where I even considered doing more than 1 round (I did two, thank you, thank you very much!). We def put this in the rotation 2 times per week! Love you guys! And congrats on the recent engagement! ❤️

    I used this in addition to another upper body 20 minute workout you guys did. Love all of your stuff! After a couple.of weeks you can start to see some definition in the areas. Back is great to workout as a lot of people forget about this.

    I'm glad l found this. It's time efficient, but it goes hard. Who has time for a long 30-40 minute dumbbell workout these days after already doing 30-40 of cardio. Thanks Juice and Toya.

    Surprisingly I made it through and **almost** feel like I could do another one round 😂 I’m quite out of shape in my opinion, so it’s a relief. I love the format and the on-screen timer.     Great workout when you’re short on time. I was looking for the schedule for the 4 week challenge but couldn’t find it. Hopefully it shows up later today. If not, plenty of good workouts. The was actually great because I have impingement syndrome (rotator cuff rubbing on AC joint) so anything overhead is a no go. Look forward to more!

    04/11 - I used 2x4kg for all the exercises except the fly's (I used 2x2kg). I could add a bit more but don't have the good plates
