How much did it cost to get it powder coated
love the build we have a very similar build! i love all the warp 9 products! you basically now have dirt bike geometry for your surron but your bar stem is mtb style. trust me it took for ever to swap over cause i love the warp 9 stem and bars but try the grit shift stem it sets the bars directly above the forks like a dirt bike and allows you to run mx bars which are quit a bit stronger
how long does that battery last? i have an eride pro s and its only 6kw i was looking at making the bike faster but i also want more mileage what battery would you recommend if i did upgrade the bike?

how are the FA forks on rougher/rockier terrain? Is it plush where you don't get harshness on the wrists? I was using Fox40's with heavier weight oil and springs and they were so harsh on the wrists.

For the two faced surron get the new Orange KKE forks that came out recently. It will look super clean

I bought the guts racing, complete seat with soft foam and ballistic nylon in the seat area. To me it felt as firm or slightly firmer i than the stock talaria seat. I sent the seat back and they were supposed to install an even softer foam. I just got it back and it feels just as firm to me. Does your seat feel softer than the stock seat?
It feels maybe a hair softer. I think the issue to softer seats is that they didn’t want to make it too soft or you will actually squash thru it and hit the plastic/subframe underneath. In order to make the foam soft and keep that from happening is making a “tall” soft seat foam and making it super soft. If you did want your seat a little softer an old school trick is to take your seat cover and actually use about a 3/8 drill bit and drill 5-10 holes all around evenly spaced across your seat in your seat foam and it will actually soften your seat some (of course you remove your seat cover and do this then reinstall)

@@JUSTINHAWKSMITH Thanks for the detailed response. I understand what you mean by seat height. My boy got a bbr seat for his crf125 and it’s much thicker/taller. It is super nice to sit on as well. I guess you can only get it so soft with such a thin amount of foam. Appreciate the idea

Real shit.. the amount of SurRon's ive seen in my shop in abdolute garbage condition is beyond me. I dont understand why people think a $2000 ebike is going to be as good or similar build quality as a real motorcycle.
Bruh these people dont realize normal mountainbikes that are not even electric start at 3.5k+ for good quality parts. With motor and battery and controller, charger, etc... you should be prepared for close to $10k if you want a decent quality, full sus, ebike.

I can’t ride a stark varg all around my town & throw it in the bed of the truck with no ramps , and ride it all day long pretty much. Starks are cool , but functionality wise a smaller e-bike like this is more useful for me.
