Hey mate, look forward to seeing the results. Only one thing you may not have considered, or perhaps I missed, is that all these bands have different stretch ratios. So if they’re all cut same taper and same length, some bands could be working at 75% of maximum due to a high stretch ratio, making them seem underpowered and slow, but good band life. While another may be at 95% of maximum, giving great speeds, but not necessarily great band life. To be an equal test, all these bands need to be cut according to their individual stretch ratios.
I will be doing a test for speed at my normal anchor point, and doing another test for speed at their full draw length for this cut.
But you've actually just given me another way to test speed and since I've already cut 3 band sets of each type, I can just snip a bit off the ends to match stretch ratio and measure that way too!!
@@TheSmoShow1 sounds good mate! That’ll be the real test, when cut to match stretch ratio at the same draw length. Drawing further to reach a bands 95% stretch, will increase speed due to increased draw length. Be interesting to see! 👍👍

Your right Theraband is different width , I marked them wide,center thin,and matched them that way. Maybe matching them will help?

Brother this is awesome... I wish you would have got some sumeike as well. I shoot simpleshot black, sumeike, snipersling, and precise. Everything else just seems slow or really heavy. Remember I told you snipersling was really stretchy... I use .5. How was the .6??
So far it feels great, but the numbers (coming soon..) don't lie!!!
Good.. i hope the .6 is as good as the .5. If I remember correctly. I was shooting 26 to 15 at 280mm active when I got my high speed out of it. I was so surprised that a .5 could do that. Man this is like waiting on your favorite show to come on 🤣. Can't wait for the rest.

Me and my son started a channel ( Chuckin Steel ) go check it out. Its just a lil fun and something to do together but he wants some subs so I told you and 2 others so far. We don't even have the right equipment or anything yet but he likes picking out sound effects and so forth.
