I have some employees who have the same work ethic’s that Andrew has. I’ve been watching him from the beginning. It was his hard working abilities that got me hooked. His way of doing things right and his long hrs to get the job done!! I wish I had 10 of Andrews I could finally retire!! I’ve worked hard all my life!! I got 4 kids who are all successful in their jobs. One works for a nuclear power plant (Forman). My other son works for a fire alarm company (senior electrician programmer) a daughter who’s a teacher, with her masters teaching teachers.. The other works as a Business marketing specialist and is one of their top executives. I made sure that my kids would contribute to Society and not depend on anyone.

Hi, Andrew. As always a great video and review of equipment that makes the work easier. Quick tip: when drilling, listen for the drill sound to go higher pitched, this means you are almost through and can ease off on the pressure. Makes the back side of the hole much cleaner. Hope that helps.
