Very excited to present Sri M to our TRS audience He is someone who has deeply impacted my family’s spiritual path, extremely honored to host him in our space today. Conversation with someone who is on the path of advanced meditation is truly very special. Sri M is an Indian Yogi, spiritual guide, social reformer, and educationist. He is the disciple of Sri Maheshwarnath Babaji, who was a disciple of Mahavatar Babaji. Sri M, also known as Sri Madhukarnath Ji. He received the Padma Bhushan, in 2020.

Man.. I can't explain my DMT trip with any words I just can't and I really wish I could, but I'll try. I finally know what people mean when they say they feel like everything is one, I felt everything working in a clockwork formation like the gears in a clock. I was aware of the entire universe at once, once I finally reached this point of knowing all.m, my body exploded with the most intense euphoria I've ever felt. Every square centimeter in my body burst with intense euphoria. It felt so great. For once everything made sense. Then I was greeted by a spirit who guided me and got me to quit doing drugs and quit cigarettes all in one trip, once I came back from my trip I instantly threw away my cigarettes and all my weed and my acid. I've been sober for 3 weeks now. Such a life changing experience.

Don’t know I never use ayahuasca but during my meditations I hit the level that I experienced so many things in conjunction feeling’s and feel my body so light that I feel I can levitate and wake up so fresh with not pain feelings energetic and happy . What I mean is you don’t need drugs to experience what you looking for a daily meditations became a discipline and help you to find the state in your fisical, mental , spiritual journey.

What's your method of meditation?
And first of all what do you mean when you say meditation? Do you remove all the thoughts from your mind or do you concentrate on only 1 thing like the breath or a sound?
I use to do a very powerful Kriya called Kshetra Shuddhi is from an app called Himalayan Meditation, after many session I finnaly reached a state where I am feeling very very light and blissfull, just thinking of the sound Aum make me have goosebumps and I feel very extatic. Aum Meditation also is very very poweful, if you begin to chant it with all your body is pure extasy! 🙏🙏

Let me tell you my experience. So if you see object in meditation and you believe that this is ultimate state then it is wrong. You see them because your senses are in passive state but in the state of divine bliss, you will not have single thought and you don't need to do this forcefully, it happens spontaneously and this is the real ultimate achievement of human life because after that you won't feel time and now you are in omnipresent and infinite state. I can easily see dreams manifesting in deep meditation and same time i am aware of everything and then real bliss state starts and i have never felt same type of bliss through wordly task. Even joy of love and marriage is nothing in front of divine bliss.

*The shape or sacred bio geometry of the pineal gland is so important yet no one talks about this. In deep state of meditation the pineal gland gradually move from its original position to tip of head (sahastra) suddenly somthing happened where I feel that I started loosing my bodily consciousness and endless emptiness started so fearful ,blissful ....

There is research saying too much of meditation causes fear and anxiety. Bringing the past memories and experiences to mind putting the body to stress. You can youtube this and check. Basically too much of anything isnt good. we are made for balance. Just sitting and meditating can cause issues. I havent experienced this personally because i dont meditate but yes it can cause fear and anxiety and flashbacks. Cheers.
Well, basically after a certain time of being into meditative state.. The body don't responds to brain..and then sudden realisation of it brings in the anxiety... If you are reaching there... You are in the right direction...just be at peace and enjoy the process.. Dont let your thoughts intervene in the process

Hello,
1. If you feel that something is moving upwards and you are not visualising it and rather it's happening for real, it's your Apana Shakthi. Your seminal liquid doesn't move up, only the jeeva Shakthi. It doesn't effect your sexual life, rather the jeeva in your sperms bless you for not wasting them by discharging. On the other hand. Once you have a sexual life, it's slightly difficult to create ojas without bramhacharya, if that is your goal.
2. Dreams have several meanings, mostly they are the projections of your mind. If it's in your sleep they are usually the extensions of your thoughts. If you are deep into sadhana, you may be able to get dreams that can help you move forward in spiritual path. Don't worry too much about experiences and continue your sadhana. Also, it's better you do advanced practices if you have a guru to help you guide.
