Definitely helpful, and I needed a refresher on some topics. Especially with my test coming soon, this was very good.
I’d rlly love someone to make a video where I cna listen to things that are in the Highway Code without reading so I can listen when I’m doing stuff.
Great video. I used to find the questions about producing documents for the police difficult. 🚔
keep updating your videos. and thank you for this information.
Brilliant video to help us learners brush up on the finer details. Good job 👍🏼

Got my theory tomorrow thanks for help with these tricky questions
I found the best way was to just read the whole book the night b4 so it was fresh in my mind I got a 100percnt but forgot it all 24hrs later so you would need to learn it properly but to just pass it works a treat
I have my test next Monday, but I don't worry at all because I understand that my life doesn't depend from it. My workout at the gym makes me confident in any situation in my life. This benefit is more important for me than my good shape.
Good luck!
@@AdvanceDrivingSchool thanks, I've already passed it 😄 48/50, and hazard perception 64/75
I’ve got my theory test next month so this is such a help! Those 50 questions at the start made me feel confident in how I’m going to do and I got half of the 10 tricky questions right (I haven’t started revision yet) - fingers crossed!

Got all of these right, it’s not magic I promise you keep practicing and put in the work I have my theory this wednesday, and have basically memorised all of the questions and most are common sense, keep doing mock tests and questions on the app and you will be fine, questions like these become a piece of cake when you see them like 50 times

Is it possible to extend your theory test expiry date by taking another test. if not, it should be implemented cause you are actually proving your knowledge is up to standard and your a safe driver
Thank you 👍
Fun Fact: The Question Number 5 was the thumbnail depicting this video in community posts.
Needless to say, you guys have nailed it. thanks for the video (i seriously needed it)
Question 4*
No 1 explanation
So interesting and helpful
8 out of 10 not bad but some of the very tricky questions are easy for me
Thank you for this video I enjoyed it and found it interesting especially as you showed pictures when explaining the answers I got 8 questions right. I passed the theory test with 48 out of 50 in November 2020. Due to Covid I haven't been able to do the practical test as yet but I am hopeful that I will be able to in July 2021 which is the new date the DVSA has given me. I enjoy ALL your videos and I like share and subscribe.

Question 4 should read if someone
Isn’t able to breath as you shouldn’t do chest compressions when someone is showing signs of breathing…
Passed 🎉🎉🎉
Question 10.Most pedestrians have headphones on or are staring at their phones so most pedestrians might as well be deaf or blind as far as drivers are concerned.
😂😂😂😂😂
After watching this video. It would appear that it’s not up to date.
1Doing first aid on someone could end up in court for improper treatment, in the USA one is told not to remove a person from a vehicle unless it will catch fire.
2 So my teenage daughter driver is supposed to know that steering vibration is tire balance, many issues can cause this it’s just indicative of a need to look at why.
3 Change down a gear on a steep hill, kind of hard to do when driving an automatic plus automatic brakes can handle being used for constant braking.
4 Pulling on the handbrake if you have one as a courtesy in traffic is not so smart with cars now having e brakes.
5 Why does the uk have so many names for pedestrian crossings. I remember Zebra was a name used, Panda was a name used now Puffin. No wonder the drivers are being confused into a fail situation.
So if somebody dresses their dog with yellow or burgundy colored clothing we need to assume they are blind or deaf. Not so smart it should be an official dayglow issued dog jacket.
Too many rules and yet I see that there are just as many accidents in the uk as other countries. So how does this testing help, it’s really how you handle the car and road smarts that should have more emphasis.
About to have my theory test really nervous
Passed yesterday 🎉🎉
Well done! 👍🏼
Spotting dogs with yellow or burgundy coats!!!!!!! Honestly some of these questions ate there to make people fail
It’d be cool if you could extend your theory test expiration date by passing another theory I mean it’d work, the dvsa would make more money and you’ll be proving your knowledge of the Highway Code too
Got my theory in an hour an a half hopefully this helps!
Good luck! 🤞🏼

My grandson has his theory test in March 2022 and those 3 books would be a great help, silly question where can I obtain all 3, I've looked on line but can only find The Official Highway Code, any assistance would be welcomed.
You can find all 3 books here:
www.dsabooks.co.uk/ 👍🏼
Do you know how many clicks is too many (disqualification) for each hazard perception clip? Got my test tomorrow
No idea - sorry!
Did you pass? & it’s 4 or 5 clicks
Do u get help if u have a learning difficult
Could you please make a video on spirals on roundabouts?? I'm really quite terrified of the motorway in general, but the spirals are even more nerve wracking, I don't know which way to go. That would be a great help!
We would like to make that video - but we don’t have any spiral roundabouts near us. We’ll have a think! 🤔
A couple of questions - feel free to call me stupid.
Question 3 is about Highway's Agency Traffic Officers, and we learn and know that they have no enforcement powers.
1) with that said, why should anyone ever obey whatever comes from someone driving those vehicles, eg any signage from their vehicle, if indeed there is electronic signage conveying an instruction?
The only thing they could really do - if they don't have enforcement powers - is to contact the police, but then I'd be questioning whether that was worth everyone's time.
2) Obviously we can only see one angle of the photo, but at 4:08, there's absolutely zero "helping the flow of traffic" when all the lanes of the main carriageway are blocked and traffic has come to a halt... Referencing my earlier question, if indeed there were no police around, what's to stop the black BMW in the outside lane (or any other traffic) just ignoring the Highway's Agency Traffic Officer(s)?
Obviously "common sense" (that seems to be less-than-common these days) should prevail and people shouldn't really be making any situations worse with their conduct, but I'm just interested in the "what ifs" here. Maybe it's as simple as 'disobeying an instruction from a HATO could lead to a fine".
Highways Agency Traffic Officers have powers to stop
vehicles on most motorways and some ‘A’ class roads,
in England only. If HA traffic officers in uniform want to stop
your vehicle on safety grounds (e.g. an insecure load) they
will, where possible, attract your attention by
• flashing amber lights, usually from behind
• directing you to pull over to the side by pointing and/or
using the left indicator.
You MUST then pull over and stop as soon as it is safe to
do so. Then switch off your engine. It is an offence not to
comply with their directions.
Law RTA1988, sects 35 &163 as amended by TMA 2004, sect 6
Some questions are about manual transmission ,more and more cares are automatic now plus all electric too🙅
gotta love the 1m intro to get well over 10m mark xD
It’s actually 8 minutes now - but to be honest we just make the video and let it take as long as it takes! 👍🏼
Got my driving theory test tomorrow, wish me luck

mines on the 12th of august wish me luck
What i find strange is ive always veen told if you see someone thats been involved inna car crash you shouldnt move them as they could have spinal problems etc, but the test says to arche there head back to make sure they can breath.
You move their head back to make sure their airway stays open. First part of first aid is to check the airway.
Today was my paper and i am not able to make it despite much practice 😅
Ngl if these are some of the toughest and you only get 10 tough ones then I'm not too scared because I got 8/10. I would have got 9/10 had I not second guess myself on the puffin crossing question.
I have my test tomorrow... wish me luck!

Is there a video clip in the multiple choice questions.
Would it be every question video clip
In multiple choice
Yes, they show you a short video clip and then ask you questions about the scenario. They are all multiple choice, just like the other questions. 👍🏼
Got mine on the 12 of august! 😭🖐

@@AdvanceDrivingSchool Thank you! 😭
I passed the test today..
I cant find the answer to a question I had on my theory which I probably got wrong which was 'What is the speed limit when a dual carriageway ends?' and it showed the sign for it, do you know the answer?
Assuming that the road is simply changing from a dual-carriageway to a single-carriageway then the speed limit for a car would drop to 60mph.
@@AdvanceDrivingSchool Thanks for your help

My theory test is on 29/April/22
I’m ok at most questions I jus can’t get the stopping distances!

Furthermore, if you administer first aid as an untrained professional surely you are leaving yourself open to being sued and possibly putting others life in danger. What another great move by our powers that be.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
