Dad to a Dad - what a lovely group of kids sir - you and whomever else is responsible - be proud. Not just because of the compassion. Not just because of the mature and loving way the boys reacted. But - and people can think I'm nuts -----even though she was excited to see the dog ----she was thoughtful enough to close the house door on her way out. I've owned multiple medium sized companies before retiring early.....but I'd hire any of those 3 kids without even interviewing.
If I have kids I think that’s the way I want them to get a dog- by volunteering at a shelter and learning to love and care for them before they ever know they get to take them home. They’ll be all the more grateful to have them in their lives and all the more willing to be responsible for the little furball full of joy. The bond between this girl and her pup is so strong. 🥺

That's the way my cat was to me when we first met. He picked me and he is my devil child. I love my little devil. When he is gone It'll feel weird to be without his presence whacking me with claws when he wants to be pet and biting me when he is done without any warning and meowing when he wants to be the center of the universe. My dogs are like you rescued me now I kiss you to death and one gives me love bites on the lip when she licks me.

If I have kids I think that’s the way I want them to get a dog- by volunteering at a shelter and learning to love and care for them before they ever know they get to take them home. They’ll be all the more grateful to have them in their lives and all the more willing to be responsible for the little furball full of joy. The bond between this girl and her pup is so strong. 🥺

I never wanted a dog. And then, last year we went to the shelter to look for a dog for my friend. She found herself a great friend there. There was only one BUT... BUT the dog that stole her heart had a brother,a bit bigger than her, very timid, scared and stubborn and with a pretty nasty hip dysplasia,but at the same time very fragile, sad and depressed as he already knew nothing else will happen to him. And there we go, a year later - he jumps on my bed first thing in the morning and last thing at night to get our morning/good night cuddles 💕💕💕

That's the way my cat was to me when we first met. He picked me and he is my devil child. I love my little devil. When he is gone It'll feel weird to be without his presence whacking me with claws when he wants to be pet and biting me when he is done without any warning and meowing when he wants to be the center of the universe. My dogs are like you rescued me now I kiss you to death and one gives me love bites on the lip when she licks me.

Week after week I walked this black lab pup, week after week he never got adopted, finally one day I was scared Parker wouldn't be there for me to walk... I had my son come in a pick between 3 dogs, he picked Parker :) yep great dog.
