Nice! Can you confirm if the little flaps in front of his waist / groin are as flimsy as on the original one? That was quite annoying for me.

Unfortunately they are still quite prone to popping off when you bring the thigh up to pose him, no different to the original version sadly. They do pop back in a bit easier on this version though, it seems they are a bit easier to access (but it is still a bit annoying!)

@@swdx good point - I would hope that they have made some tweaks to it, but I suspect the overall sculpt will be the same. Fingers crossed for an evolution of the waistband, as it’s one of the only things that lets the figure down a bit 🤞

i hope we get another Optimus Prime. He is the weakest design of all these figures so far.

I would definitely like another version that is taller than the current version, he needs to be more imposing over the Decepticons 👍👍

Got mine today! Big disappointment!!! The panels around the hips and croch always fall off and the left hand does not stay in place. This figure is expensive garbage!

Aaahh man, that’s a real shame you’ve had those QC issues, really sorry to hear that my friend. I haven’t had the problems with the hand that you’ve described, but the panels do come off pretty easy around the waist (although they also go back on easy - but it is annoying, I totally agree). Hope you can get that hand sorted 🤞🤞
