I've ALWAYS WANTED and been disappointed/surprised by the lack of a Transformer product line that had in each purchase/box 1. A very cartoon/comics accurate & highly detailed/articulated Robot mode action figure that was scale consistent/accurate with every other figure in this wished for line. 2. A separate correctly scaled (at least with their counterparts) highly detailed and "functional" disguised/vehicle mode. Yes it can be fun to transform the toys however a collector focused line would realize that this provides BOTH of the characters forms to be simultaneously displayed. This would also enable BOTH modes to be visually accurate, prevent wear and breakage. It would be SO VERY AMAZING and even better if you'd also get tiny articulated human figures that fit in the vehicles. This is doable and I believe VERY POPULAR !!! with the lack of necessary engineering to transform the price could be kept about the same. While giving VASTLY SUPERIOR looking/posing robots and vehicles ! WHY IN MACGYVER'S HOLY NAME has this not happened !?!?
Great review of this masterpiece! Little by the price but not always high price it mean “beautiful”. On this figure THREEZERO gave to all collectors the chance to have a little masterpiece in our shells 😉
8:07, I think they're used to hold the gun, like the trigger hand holds the gun, these hands hold the it like you're using both hands to wield the weapon

I've been wanting to get a REALLY good (but not too expensive) Optimus figure for a while now and I think I finally found it with this figure. I've watched a couple reviews and everyone agrees it's a badass figure. I really like the poses you put him in! I've pre-ordered and I can't wait to get him!
D! Man, I love your videos. Your attitude is amazing and you explain your points perfectly. I picked up with Bumblebee MDLX months and was shocked when I opened the package and took him out. As far as quality goes, he's definitely one of the most impressive figures that I won. While my collection is no way nearly as big as yours, I do have quite a few. I'm going to put Optimus in my top 3 figures that I own. It's an absolute piece of art whether you are a Transformers fan or not.
I know it's a mini deluxe (MDLX), but that pic at 12:03 threw me off. Don't think I've seen a matrix that was opened with a finger. I guess that image from the movie where there are grooves for each finger is engraved into my mind. This petite matrix is opened with a pinky pull.
Great review as always. I wonder if the diecast is limited to the legs of the figure? I wish more figures had diecast in the hips to deal with the weight of the legs over time.
Just got mine from BBTS and the bicep swivel on both arm are completely locked up out of the box. What would you recommend doing to loosen them up? I thought about using the hot water method but was worried about the die cast possibly rusting or something.
How ever did you realize you'd made a mistake about Bumblebee ? Hahaha certainly no one who's a part of this culture would go out of their way to correct you.
