Tried this and the eggs really do turn out so light, soft, fluffy and creamy. The soy sauce is a must else it is flavourless but don't go mad with it

One thing I love about Alvin's videos is that he uses the subtitles to communicate. A lot of CZcams videos show people who feel like they have to talk nonstop, and sometimes very fast. Alvin's videos are relaxing, showing simple recipes and it seems like he has a perfectly organized, minimalist life and still works, enjoys time with friends, makes great food. The subtitles make me focus on the video, it's not just background noise, so at 10min each, kind of like mini meditations, where everything else in the world falls away and I can just enjoy it without my own internal noise interfering.

Actually eating food that was heated from a microwave is NOT cancerous but the heat waves that it give out while its on is cancerous so if I were you ill keep at least 2 feet away from the microwave while its cooking (not sure if this is true but hey better safe than sorry)

First, I'd like to say how Alvin's videos are basically therapy, so calm.
But if Alvin or anyone else is reading, I recommend when eating noodles, or spaghetti, with no access to chopsticks, get a spoon and wind the food on it with a fork, makes the food sit on the fork rather than a lot of it be hanging, just a little recommendation, keep up the great videos
The first recipe for the egg custard is amazing. The green onions are a must need but so easy and versatile for other recipes. I'll dog ear that. Thanks Alvin!
