I actually had 3 quarts of VP 25/1 I ordered. Try to run it in my ddt and I found it to be a bit rich. So I’m diluting it with some 50/1. Figured I’ll run this stocker 29 till she blows or I drop a Taylor Rc motor in. It does rip around nicely and starts every time zero issues one or two pulls

I use 98 octaine and 36ml of castor 927 for 1 litre of petrol, if i use 40ml oil i foul plugs no matter on the tune

Hey bro loving your enthusiasm for the 1/5th and RC Hobby, I just wanted to check in with you as I run 50:1 on a certain race ported engine (which is very controversial in the hobby) and it’s 20ml of oil to 1 litre of petrol (98) so it’s actually very low in 2 stroke oil compared to the average RC hobbyist who run 25:1 which is 40ml oil to 1 litre of petrol.

50 to 1 means 50 parts of fuel to 1 part oil not 50 /50

Neither flavor of canned fuel has sufficient oil for most RC type engines.
You’ll wish to add some VP oil to bring it up to 25 to 1.
