    Per Tony's request...
A cautionary note: Liquid frisket, aka Liquid latex, can very negatively effect any paint *under* it. I'm not saying it 'WILL', only that it potentially could. After hand painting some veg-tan, I applied liquid latex over the painted sections so I could spray the background. When I removed the latex, the acrylic paint peeled off with it.
I will note that I was using cheap, craft grade acrylic paint at the time, and better quality paint should have better adhesion....and maybe a top coat would have helped. In any case, it's worth a little experimentation.

I’d never heard of this stuff until this video, Tony! Another reason why your work is so spectacular. Thanks for sharing.

I’ve used this many times. It works great. I’ve learned though you can buy liquid latex. It’s the same thing and a lot less expensive.

Thanks for this. I used to use that stuff in art school and I had forgotten what it’s called. Frisket!

I've used Frisket on my traditional artwork for many years but never thought of using it on leather. Good tip!
