I absolutely LOVE your content. However as a former loop style user(original bodylastics), I converted to Undersun because of the versatility. I would say Torro are great but loop style bands allow you to simulate more gym EXERCISES. I just received my Clench Fitness stand today and based on your endorsement I'm going to purchase their bands to go alongside my 3 year old Undersun Bands. Please keep up the wonderful work and supporting us religious band users.

Hey Dave love your channel. I do barefoot workouts, heavy weights and bands. Standing on heavy resistance bands in bare feet is not very comfortable when they are under tension. The Clench footplate will resolve that issue, so I was very excited to see that. I am also pondering switching more of my workouts to bands. I am a 68 year old woman. I have been lifting weights since I was a teenager so it’s hard to give them up and I have a complete gym; barbells, weight plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, and a large assortment of bands. The more I use them, the more I love the resistance bands. I am also ordering the clench handles. At the moment I use my Angles90 grips on my bands, but I think the clench handles will be a bit more convenient. Thanks for all you do for the resistance band community.

Great review as usual, Dave. Thank you kindly. I have owned the six-set of Bodylastics bands for about 4 years now. I have only replaced one of them due to wear, they are very durable considering I use them outdoors anchored around trees for most of that time. As far as the company's inability to keep up with demand for door anchors: may I suggest that, if the mountain does not come to Mohammed, then Mohammed go to the mountain? (use your CZcams lean and team up with a product designer to market your own independent, multi-attachment point door anchor that can be used with many brands not just Bodylastics :) Namaste.
Awesome picks, you nailed it in my opinion! I personally have Bodylastics for Tube bands and Clench for Loop style and love them both. I also own the BL curl bar which is great, and I got the clench footplate recently and it really is an amazing accessory, especially for squats, deadlifts, and heavy shrugs too. Keep rocking it Dave!

That Clench fitness plate is absolute game changer when trying to lift heavy. Just found out yesterday how to replicate incline bench press suit and a yoga block.

I enjoy your channel. Please review Lifeline Fitness bands and cables. They are based in my hometown and I started using using them years ago, but switched to some cheaper Amazon bands when my Lifetime bands died of old age. I am not sure I made a good decision but will use your videos to shop for a replacement when needed.
Good video, thanks. I've had Bodylastics band snap. The handle either pulls away, or the tube itself becomes worn and then starts to shred. Mine are a few years old now, but even when they were brand new, I had a 30 pound orange band break (the handle pulled off). They replaced it (I paid for the postage), but that new one didn't last much longer. I'm considering the Clench bands or the Torrobands. Thanks again.

I love the Clench bands. I think it’s great that you get two of each band (rather than just one band like most other companies offer), plus the handles and an anchor strap in a package deal. They are American made and seem very durable. A big plus for me.

Thanks for this video, Dave! :) Have you ever tried or would you ever try the Torrobar? It is Torro's bar accessory to their resistance bands similar to the Bodylastics one. I love my Torro resistance bands, but I don't know if the bar is the same great quality and I can't find anyone on CZcams (or anywhere!) who has done a review on it.

I just subscribed to your channel! I really appreciate your insights Dave as I am trying to buy resistance bands for my calisthenics routine involving rings. What would your recommendation be as for durability/anti-snap technology if I am looking at these bands: UnderSun, LEEKEY, Sunpow, Iron Infidel, or Clench. I had a band from Rubberbanditz for almost 3 years but it snapped.

Great review one issue I had with trying to order the Torrobands. I placed my order months ago with the company. However, I had to get my bank involved because, the company gave me many excuses. I would have loved using the product but, to many issues dealing with the company.
I hear you. I ordered mine May1st. and now it's Aug.17th and always get patronizing promises. My patience has about reached my limit. Going to ask for a credit back to my card, if no luck them I'm filing a dispute. Never again!

I have noticed...having a foot plate is a game changer...my legs felt like jelly afterwards...I ended up with the Coba glute trainer and those floor anchor points makes the difference.

Nice video Dave, however with all due respect, in my experience the Torrobands produce nowhere near the resistance of my Fitcord bands. I ordered (and returned ) the 80# band because it was less tension than my Fitcord 40#. The difference was huge.
That being said, the one downside to Fitcord is the polypropylene cover which doesn’t allow for left/right balance unless they are stretched to find the middle. But they are really high-powered bands.
Would love to see a review of elitefts bands or the harambe system

Nice review, Dave. But I think the Clench bands ($155) and floor plate ($297) are a tad pricey. Nobody needs to spend that much for a good set of bands. I am not familiar with the floor plate. I enjoy your videos!
I hear you, but there’s many different options of the resistance bands you can buy them individually you can buy them without the handles. I think they give more options than any other companies.

Thanks, Dave. I've been looking at a lot of bands and reading a lot of reviews. Those Clench bands are not cheap, thought I understand you get what you pay for. BUT: as a complete beginner, do I really need to spend that much for resistance bands? I've been looking at a lot of bands on Amazon. Most of them are made in China - which makes me wonder: how many of all these different brands come out of the same Chinese factory??
I'm not there, so I don't know, but I suspect a lot of them are made the same way, just re-labelled for different companies. I've decided that as a beginner, I don't need a top of the line brand like Clench, and I'll go with something costing in the $30's or $40's. Then, if I really get into resistance training I'll upgrade.
So, I do appreciate all you hard work in making these vids and doing these reviews. Mega thanks.
I completely understand where you are coming from. When I started I went with a cheap amazon brand thinking that they all came for the same Chinese factory. After the first band I had snapped on me (amazon) I started looking for better quality. Clench bands are made in the USA and use a dual layer bond and they have a different finish then most bands on them which help make adjustments during your workouts. I love the torrobands but they take forever to be shipped. I had to constantly email them to find out when they were coming in. It took a month and a half before I got them. Shipping times are atrocious with these bands.

I live in Botswana and all these brands are not available in the local stores. So I got a set of resistance tubes by the Trojan in June. By last month (November), 2 of the bands had broke. 🤦🏿♂️
