G37 JWT C2 Cams Install Quick Cut Time Lapse

- This is a quick cut time lapse of me installing JWT C2 cams on my 2008 Infiniti G37S. This is the first mod I've done to this car. Figured I'd get the hardest one out of the way first.
It took me 5 days to complete this upgrade. Without having any supporting mods, I haven't noticed much of a difference. But, I'm confident that with I/H/E and a tune, these cams will play a major role in moving more air.

Really awesome that you made this video, because this is a rocket-science type of project that i so wish i possessed the knowledge to do myself, because i have the tools, but nowhere near the needed training or knowledge of engine internals to do it.

Mad skills brother. I'm going to attempt drop in poncams for my HR. My question is do you need to take the front AND rear timing cover off or just the two small sections on the front timing? My galley gaskets are already done.
Really appreciate any help.
P.s. dual 3inch CAI are a must for breathing and power (with tune of course)

Hey man for the vvel when u changed the cams did you have to adjust and reprogram it when you put it back on or is there a way to take out the girdle without removing the vvel?
How did you go about vvel? Just set tdc and r&I?

Most of the built engines for vq’s still use a lot of the oem gaskets. Im sure some are/could be changed but most are oem

@@torvarrisevans7254 Hey man, it's hard for me to say for sure. I never really got to experience the benefit of any of my mods until I got the car tuned. I would actually say that without a tune, mods will actually make the car run worse than it does stock. All that being said, now that it's tuned, it's a blast to drive. Cams were easily the hardest mod and carry the largest amount of risk. I would say do intake, headers, exhaust, and tune, and if that's not enough power for you, buy something with a V8. A V8 will produce more power stock than this engine will with any mods short of forced induction.
