你好YikKEONG， 目前COHOME刚拿钥匙还没多少案例我觉得不太好去定价。
不过在BATU KAWAN市场目前有分两种出租方式，
1）整间租 ， 1000方尺单位平均在1900-2500 （以SPEC为定）
2）Co Living， 市价 小房500-600，中房600-800 ， 主卧900 ， STUDIO 1100起跳。 (有management服务的另价）
