未来槟城种族群应该被马来人超越，新生儿的种族群第一次被马来人超越华人在槟城州，槟城的SemiCon Industry比较可以吸引外州人才 Batu Kawan没有新的Shopping Mall 如果有SunwayCarnival/QB 这种Mall，Batu Kawan 车流量会增加 人会走进去 附近很多工人做工要做TeamBonding 那些Bowling场 都可以在Mall建起来
