    Good, sensible advice. It's all about attention to detail, to the little things. It says a lot about a translator's respect and professionalism. Consistency (here obviously with quality) is important in many areas of life.

    Just stumbled on your video and listened on a whim. The video has both poor video and poor audio, which is harming your message. Otherwise, my only other observation is that you should post an "about-me" video on your channel. Hi, I'm Mark Hemming. I've worked for twelve years translating Polish and Russian to English for various NGOs or… Thanks for the tips.

      It's a little rough, but still possible to make a career out of if you look in the right places.
