    Hi guys! In this video, I filmed a week (5 days) of what I ate. It was a strict keto week and I was amazed by the results in just one week. My goal is to reach 149 lbs by Oct 24, 2020. (Before Vacation) I hope this videos serves as an inspiration not only to lose weight, but for the low carb, keto meal ideas!

    GIRL!!!! I’m on the same exact journey myself😭
    150-155 was my weight before I had my son which is now 8. As of yesterday morning I weighed at 228. I started my Keto+ Intermittent fasting starting today and been watching so many videos to keep me motivated.

    UPDATE- I’m now down to 185!
    As soon as you feel like you need to binge, boil some eggs and steam some broccoli......
    works wonders and stay away from your kitchen if a time frame gets you triggered.

      @Brianna García i kinda slacked off with the holidays but as of this morning I’m at 205. I do OMAD/Keto because I like to be in a fasted state when I work out.
      But I’ve been dropping weight no joke.

      we started at the same weight basically! i started january 7th, at 226, and now nearly 4 weeks later in at 205! we got this !!

      I started last week at 235 my heaviest I’ve been. And I already had a “cheat weekend” 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s Monday and I’m back on it again. Any tips on sticking to it !!?

      @@Iamme-wv1fn Since I’ve been on Keto and IF I don’t really feel like eating but anytime I do a cheat meal or day, I always do 4 boiled eggs and a keto shake or 4 scrambled eggs with broccoli and water or black coffee all day and fast longer.
      The easiest way for me is going back to basics if I feel like I’m craving bread or sweets I eat more meat or more vegetables depending on what I’m having and then of course start fasting.
      I now do OMAD so I don’t have to keep eating. That is the most effective weight loss method I’ve been doing and don’t feel like I need a cheat meal. When I do eat high carbs, bread or rice now I feel sick. I also use Carbmanager app to track everything I eat.

    All your food looked great! I noticed you ate in a high calorie deficit all week which is why you lost a significant amount of weight. I like that you still encouraged vegetables as some keto pages don't. I found keto hard and enjoy calorie counting and found it works best for me. Everyone is different and it's good you found what works for you!

    You are awesome! I just started low carbs and I needed ideas for food because I am hungry 😂. You have a lot of food ideas that actually look good and not like your trying to starve.     I have been watching soooooo many videos of keto recipes and people doing their daily keto lifestyles and I must say that yours is my fav. Your food is quick and looks amazing which is what I need in my life right now. I have 80-90 lbs that I want to loose and I just had foot surgery so my exercise is at a bare minimum.     I love these videos keep them coming! Because of your videos I have gotten great ideas. I went out and bought a mini waffle maker to make traffles , and you were so right you could not tell the difference it did taste like a McDonald’s egg and cheese McGriddle. Everything you made in this video looks so good and that salad with the shrimp looked delicious, that’s my next thing to make

    Wow all these meals look so good!!! I love cold brew coffees, all my coffee is always just cold haha. I love my frother it’s amazing I got it on Amazon it changes your life 🙈 that shrimp zucchini pasta loooked so so good. I’m not a breakfast person myself so I totally get the huge lunch. I’m going to try that shrimp salad you made because it looks amazing 😍btw where did you get the Parmesan crips? I’ve seen them in Aldi not sure if you got those there. Loved this video, the meals look truly delicious, I need to invest in an air fryer, legit putting it on my Christmas list 🙈😅

    I like the fact that you make an entire week at a time. :)
    Just one thing, in case you don't know it. :) When counting net carbs, you have to look at which kind of alcohol that are used, because most do have an effect on your blood sugar and can kick a person out of ketosis if too much is eaten. Maltitol is particularly bad; almost as bad as regular table sugar. Erythritol is, as far as I know, the only completely safe sugar alcohol. :)

    What do you do for your shrimp? And what seasonings do you use cause it looks like it was preseasoned when you put it in the pan it looked so good I feel like I’m not the best at cooking shrimp so any tips!? Lol

    Be careful with sugar alcohols. A lot of times people that are on keto don't pay attention to that. Sugar alcohols that are high is unhealthy. But this is an awesome video it just gave me some ideas on what to make this week. Continue to do these if you can

    I just started watching your videos. I really enjoy them because I am new to Keto
    I also love Panda Express. However, I rarely eat there when I found out they use Soybean oil.

      I switched over to low carb and have been maintaining pretty well thankfully :) it’s about 1 year of maintaining
