EASY BUT EFFECTIVE LOWER BODY WORKOUT AT HOME *NO EQUIPMENT*

  • Do this 15 minutes lower body workout to strengthen your back and legs muscles. Follow this routine for 7 days and you will see your back pain lessen and stronger legs. Continue for 30 days and you will feel lighter with no back pain! You can do this at home without any equipment.
    As our bodies are all different, you can change the time or reps or rest time accordingly to your own pace. Just make sure to have steady breathing throughout the exercise.
    Most importantly, remember to have a healthy diet, avoiding deep fried and sweet food.
    Here is what I eat today:
    Breakfast: Toasts, scrambled eggs with tomatoes and black coffee without sugar.
    Snack: Walnuts with raisins.
    Lunch: Grill fish with rice and cabbage.
    Snack: Greek Yogurt and an apple.
    Dinner: Pan-fried turmeric chicken breast with mashed pumpkin and whole meal bread.
