  • Isometric should exercises are a great option in the earlier stages of rehabilitation when you might not have the strength or range of motion to be able to complete isotonic exercises in the outer ranges.
    They’re a great option to start to build strength and confidence back in your shoulder in the early phases of rehab.
    Aim to complete each of these exercises for 45 to 60 seconds 2 to 3 times a day.
    You should be putting enough effort in to feel some resistance and some tension through the shoulder. Some discomfort is okay but the exercise shouldn’t be painful.

    Is this excercise for labrum tear also?
