Hey Nsc, habe mich damit beschäftigt und denke es könnte eventuell die Leiterbahnen sein. Die Ps4 slim ist anfällig dafür auch defekte Brücken zu haben. Hoffe konnte für die Zukunft etwas helfen.

Is it safe to use contact cleaner to clean the PCB or the IHS / cpu / gpu? Or is isopr alcohol better for this?

2.9v is better than nothing, but i would also try an other power supply. 4,5-5v is recommend.
