    I tried your recipe, but I have seen alot of videos saying you shouldn't mix it. So beacuse of that mine just turned into hard candy. (I hope this helps other people who want to try it)

      Amandou, try not to mix it cuz it will likely to crystalize and your batch will be ruined.

      Idk but my mom doesn't use corn starch while stretching the candy she just uses flour so there is barely any taste

    Question. Can I know? I saw youa ded white Vinegar. So it is just a regular Vinegar? Does it leave any taste in candy ir it dissapears so you feel only sweet?

      U don't really taste the vinegar . It has to do with the breaking down of the sugar and helping it invert without going back to a crystal form. It's actually all quite scientific (all cooking is just chemistry)

    do you know why you failed? cuz she or he gave false measurements like 1/4 cup of water, in the video it only poured 1/4 its cup of water, not America's measurements cup, i tried it today, it was really watering, i dont those video give us false measurements

    I recommend not using raw flour as a substitute, it could contain deadly bacteria, like eggs. You need to cook it first (it won’t make the flour any different, it just kills the bacteria)

    Bro, I tried this and the part where I needed to wait for it to dry for 30 min.It got very hard, later I did a second try but I only waited 12 minutes but it still got very hard, maybe it’s just because I’m bad but I don’t really recommend doing this.

      Your mixture must've overcooked and crystalized. It's very difficult for it to get the correct temperature. I've failed 4 batches so far but I feel like I'm starting to understand why.

      Yes you will need the corn syrup, the corn syrup is so that the candy won’t fully harden into just a block of sugar and water, the corn syrup helps it become stretchy.
