I made a honey skein because there was a comment to make a honey skewer.
Honey skein is a snack made by modifying the snack called Sudang, a Chinese snack
. Originally, honey is cooked and then matured
, but it's hard to do at home, so I simply made it with sugar.
In the past,

Honey skein wasn't the hardest dish I've ever made.
I failed to make this and made 1.5kg of sugar so I
couldn't get up the next day because of muscle pain. !!!
At first, the concentration is too hard or too hard to fail, and the
candy is hot to fail, and it keeps getting caught, but
I think it's difficult for you to succeed easily from the beginning.

I'm interested in watching cooking videos of my favorite dishes. I happened to come across a video about Dragon's beard candy, which is one of my favorite foods, and it seems like they make it really well. I can imagine the effort that must have gone into making it, and I think you're truly amazing. After watching this video, I feel inspired to make Dragon's beard candy myself. It was great that the video included the recipe for Dragon's beard candy as well!
