can you explain why drag race extend the swing arm? and some said will lose horse power, if that so no one will extend the swing arm in the drag race, i saw lot of drag race extend the swing arm

Mr Antonio Jimenez is spanish if i'am not wrong......and spanish people like many other in the world don`t listen english as much as needed. ex: movies are allways translated for spanish and that "kill" the training of the ear !!! I'am from Portugal and in Tv english is listened many times,that help's a lot !!!!
