Well as it is made to Vostok standards of toughness, reliability, waterproofing and ruggedness this is a factory fault or problem. Just an oil change and put the balance back in the fork like my 2209 after dropping it onto a concrete floor from 1.5 metres maybe?

I could easily take this watch apart.
Putting it back together is a whole other story.
