Conner, I have a few basic questions.
Do you think you could form metal 2mm with say a 4000 psi pressure washer?

Yes you should have no problem, mine is only 1305 psi. The bigger the workpiece the easier it gets too

For these I used 0.9mm thick stainless steel 304, and usually use 1mm mild steel for unpolished work
