Matt Williams disdain for the Springboks is obvious. He best head home and sort out his Wallabies, they’ll need all the help they can get. And saying we want NZ is just crazy. As a springbok fan I’d rather see us get in an arm wrestle with France than play the All Blacks any day. That will always be the greatest challenge for any springbok player - always.
A lot of Irish think because they beat NZ in that series last year they can beat NZ any day.. They're gonna be in for a surprise, as a Springboks fan we know playing against them regularly you never underestimate the All blacks.

I will go with our couch Nienaber has mentioned, you should be prepared for to go up against anyone , to be the best , you need to beat the best, reminds me of that movie, Best of the Best. That's how you truly measure yourself againt. I just love the calm and realistic approach of our couching staff across the board, taking it one match at a time and also the fact that they spoke on how they have envisaged different scenarios and prepared for such. French fan here...I am not that optimistic on our chance against SA. Especially if Dupont is not fit for it. We have a team full of talent but I don't think we are as a "tight" unit as Ireland. We badly need Dupont on the 1/4 for sure
In truth no one can say who will win between France against AFS and NZ against Ireland. Person. Fans of each team will say that their team is going to win because they want their team to go to the finals. But the truth is that it's impossible to say who will win. We'll see. But stay humble and above all respect your opponent!! The SA fans said they were going to beat the Irish and yet... 😉
