P.S. I never needed to use a guide to fully complete the entire _Arkham_ Trilogy either (couldn't even *finish* _Arkham Origins_ unfortunately...every time the game CRASHED during the Copperhead boss section, on my PC >:/) I wish they would release the remastered version of AO! - We even saw screenshots of the [allegedly] remastered version on that Chinese company's site (can't remember the name, responsible for helping remaster a lot of last-gen games), and that was *_years_* ago!... - WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT!?!

1,292 Riddler tests. Think about how much time and money he spent making all of them. Most likely months and several thousand dollars. Logically, if you DON'T spend your time collecting ANY of them, he would've wasted a bunch of time and effort for nothing. Doing nothing proves you're smarter than him.

Tristan Jaimes My theory is that the riddler trophy’s are actually canon, as it seems like it would most likely be impossible to put a riddler trophy and riddles everywhere around Arkham City. Even if he managed to place some of them around Arkham City, his bio says he’ll do anything for attention, and he’s also crazy.
This game is 6 years old, and it is at the level of most current games.

The Pack that’s the one thing that made me want to snap my controller in half (and I actually almost did and that’s something even sekiro didn’t make me even want to do) it’s overused and repetitive seriously it’s the reason I dislike the game everything else makes me feel like Batman the car made me feel like I was playing war thunder or whatever that tank game is
When I first played this game when I was young I became so attracted to Batman that he was my favorite superhero, and now I have Batman: Return to Arkham, I can enjoy it on my PS4
Same :)! I have 100 precented Asylum and loved every moment of it, and I am pretty close to platinuming City but there is just so much quality content that it is difficult to get the platinum, imo!

10 years later and this is still my favourite game of all time. The open world, the story, the bosses, the combat, the stealth, everything about it is just perfect. Only problem is the Riddler stuff. I appreciate that Rocksteady put more depth into it but my god is there way too much.

But I agree, the challenges were kind of ridiculously bonkers.
If I were to have any superpower it would be telekinesis for the following reasons.
1: It would give me the ability to levitate myself thus allowing me to fly
2: It would make stopping criminals and other things so easy, I could just hold them still and do whatever I need to do.
3: If there's something I need to get but it's out of my reach, I just levitate to myself.

One of the very best video games ever made, and the best Batman video game ever made. A classic of a gem. Mr. Freeze boss fight is a good fight in this game.
This game is still my absolute favourite in the Arkham series. When I first played it I felt so immersed in that world and I genuinely loved exploring and doing everything I could around the city. Going back to it nowadays it does feel a bit small and cramped, but everything else is just as good as I remember 😁
Really great and hilarious sketches here, Jirard! One of the best games of all time, imo! I am close to 100 precenting it but I have to come back to it every once in awhile in order to actually 100 percent it because of the amazing amount of quality content the game has!

This is the game that made me a completionist. When Batman swooped in at the very end and said "there's still work to do," I went on a hunt for the epilogue.
After (glitching a quest 40 hours in, starting over,) beating every side quest except the Riddler, I found that the last few trophies were out of reach without a gadget from the story. I beat the story mission and got it, only to find that the path to the last trophies was now sealed until the end of the storyline.
Damn you, Rocksteady.

My favorite parts in all the Arkham games is the Riddler side questing. I always get a laugh from the puns, insults, and back-handed compliments the Riddler dishes out.

I used to have Arkham city, asylum, and origins, and I only beat city because, asylum’s disc was scratched so it kept glitching out in one area. Origin’s was fun but was pretty difficult for me but it’s still one of my favorites, so city was the only one I truly spent good time with and beat. So after watching this video I decided to download Arkham city and play it again because of how much fun it was (Sorry for the 5 mile long comment)
THE BEST BATMAN PAUSE MENU EVER
One came I really want to see done is Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor. I played it and it immediately became my favorite game. Before that game, I was not a huge LOTR fan, but now, I am going to read the entire series when I get the chance. I simply couldn't put the game down and nearly 100%ed the game doing everything there is to do except for 9 achievements. Completing the game rewards you in game as you go, much like Arkham City, and is very entertaining through out. Personally I would absolutely rate the game at Complete it!

While the gameplay was better & the world was bigger, the game had a predictable story, an overreliance on the Batmobile, & a major lack of boss fights, with the ones we got being pretty lackluster. I mean, you’re fighting Deathstroke in a TANK in this game! Origins had a better fight with Deathstroke than Knight!
C.K.Y Riddler, Arkham Knight, & King were fine, but Two-Face wasn’t even a challenge compared to him in the Arkham City Catwoman DLC, Firefly’s was just a chase so it wasn’t even a boss fight (his boss fight in Origins was what a boss fight with him should’ve been), Pyg was hardly a boss fight, Deathstroke had him in a tank & not actually fighting him hand to hand (which he is best known for), & Croc was DLC, so he was not part of the main game.
But which Batman movie comparison works for Arkham Origins?

Smoke pellets, being able to blow up fire extinguishers, and the ability to do a running slide are all things I remember wishing Arkham Asylum had.
And sure enough, every one of those things shows up in the next game.

Agreed. Nightwing played great and had some great unique combat moves (Armbar to broken arm anyone?) but he still seemed unfinished. He had no glide and therefore almost no traversal system. Maybe we’ll get a great NW game someday. The character deserves it and could carry a whole game

I actually created an idea for a future DC/Vertigo comics character called HellsDragon who is a normal person when he's calm named Jonas Mueller but tick him off and he becomes a human dragon with claws like swords, fire hotter than the sun, and wings like a hurricane when he fly graceful in the air. This may be my favourite episode of all time...and I've never played this game. You even reviewed my favourite nostalgic game, Illusion of Gaia, before. But wow, from the sketches, and the jokes, the timing of the references, wow. This was really amazing.
