It shows how two teeth are lost due to decay, how they are extracted, and how the sockets are filled with bone and then covered with a membrane. It is also shown how the graft heals and the subsequent dental implants placement there.

This technique helps to prevent bone atrophy due to a dental extraction. It consists of filling the socket with a bone graft and thereafter covered with a membrane. The bone healing process will take several months depending on the material used and the membrane will gradually be reabsorbed. Once the bone is consolidated, implants could be placed.
Grafts help us recover lost tissues due to different causes, either by dental extractions, cysts or need to increase the amount of bone to perform a satisfactory rehabilitation treatment. In the case of dental implants, for its placement it is necessary to have a certain amount of bone, both in height and width and quality. The use of different types of grafts help us solve this lack of tissue.

For the nervous:
I have had two teeth extracted because I never took care of them when I was little. I may need a third as well.
There's a lot of pressure, but if the dentists give you enough procaine the pain should be minimal. There's usually a lot of bleeding afterwards and you'll have to bite on some gauze for a while, and rotate gauze regularly. But most of the blood should be gone within a day. It'll take a few weeks but soon enough your mouth will adjust to not having a tooth there and you'll be A-OK.
Uhhh, brooo I wish I can also go to dentist and pull my tooth out of me because it very hurts it's been 3 days since it started to attack

Antonia Overcry i’m 15 and got a molar pulled out. never felt anything hurt so bad. i just had the gas which barely made a difference. it cracked in half and then a piece broke off and got stuck. i had to get stitches on the gum where it was. then the other side hurt too. never felt pain and pressure like that before. they were baby teeth but the roots were huge
I've got every single one of my teeth pulled out because the roots were like twice the size of a normal person's so much fun especially when you start getting immune to the anaesthetic

Nah. You do build tolerance to numbing agents. When you use them to many times too close together they stop working as well.
It sucks really badly
Pro tip, brush your teeth and floss daily to avoid having to undergo these expensive and painful procedures

Just had my two pre molar removed for my braces.. And the removal process was not too bad, I mean I din't have any pain except during the injection part.. But the worst part is after the teeth removal, were you must be very careful with what goes inside your mouth. I haven't eaten anything hard since 2 days.. I have another 2 tooth extraction the same week!!!!!!!

Experience 1) i had my impacted wisdom tooth pulled , it was a very cheap price and the anesthesia from the dentist, he really pushed the needle deep in my gums (which kinda hurt but i can tolerate needle pain) and i can feel the anesthesia gushing out my gums. idk how he did it but it was tolerable , he was fast with his hands , he strong too and i didnt cry when he pulled it out the dentist was very chill and was smiling like chill so i kinda doubt him at first because he was like playing mobile leegend and made me wait to finish his game lol. But his skills man.... Was great.
Experience 2) another of my wisdom tooth, dentist is not too strong with her arms but she did her best to lessen the force so it kinda took a while and the anesthesia was good too. I feel the force but no pain that could make me scream. Cheap price too. And she chill af too like just casual. I like how she is serious and has this caring vibe with no bullshitt.
Experience 3) dentist with complete attire , talks professional , looks professional but is actually just an illusion . She put minimal anesthesia on me and i cant even feel the anesthesias liquid that made me so numb like my first and second experience. As she pulls out my teeth,i have to scream so loud cause my body cant lie. What hurts is hurts . She crazy dentist and she had to add another anesthesia the fk she should have done it in the beginning idk if she has problems with decision making or she saving up some anesthesia to numb her ass , just terrible... My blood was gushing out and she was kinda talking how hard it is to pull due to position and sht, it wasnt even a wisdom tooth . Just normal tooth. And complaining while doing her work screams unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge in her field .So she had to put multiple cottons or whatever it is so she can see clearly just horrible dentist , just a good talker. And the price was high with her low skills. Thick face btxh really .
I've never had a wisdom or permanent tooth pulled out before(THANK GOD),but I get how u feel about the last dentist. it was just a regular cleaning,but the b*tch literally started scraping the top of my gums(which already was receding,might get it checked out),and I tasted hella blood! I was so confused what was wrong with this dentist,cuz my other cleanings never hurt.obvi they ain't put me to sleep,cuz it's a cleaning,so I delt with ALL THE PAIN! And the woman had the balls to tell me to stop moving and stop crying?! I was like 11 at the time.and the worst part about it was the fact that when I saw the shit job she did on my teeth,it looked like I ate a weed wacker for breakfast!my bottom front teeth were more exposed than ever(and it really receded in the future),I had tiny cuts all over the top row of teeth and my teeth deadass had ridges all over!b*tch carved my mouth like an ice sculpture,and she did the same to my little sis too.i could barely eat that day. im so glad I never saw her again,and if that's her hardest work,I hope she's fired,cuz the bottom row of my mouth is STILL f-ed up,and I need braces now.

How did everything go? I hope your healing process went well. I am debating the same procedure since my one tooth has been giving me problems before and after a permanent crown was placed on it. My dentist is recommending a root canal but from all I have read about the problems people have had after a root canal, I think I will opt to extract it. These same people have their root canal teeth extracted after their health had declined and most of them are much healthier now.
