Showcase Cinema 📽️
Opened in 1997 trading for almost 25 years.
It housed 14 screens and over 3,800 seats, it had business chains on site featuring Frankie & Benny’s, Hollywood Bowl, Big Moe’s diner & MyLahore.
Upstairs we explored the operations rooms / projection hall, we even found old movie film!

Nowadays folks would rather watch streamed movies at home on their own 4k big screen-flatscreen TV’s . This was especially after COVID. This is an older cinema no digital projectors.
