All you need is👇
For the Cinnamon swirl:
150g light brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
120g unsalted butter, melted
For the Cake:
360g plain flour
200g caster sugar
4 tsp baking powder
300ml whole milk, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs, lightly beaten, room temperature
110g unsalted butter, melted
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
For the Glaze:
200g icing Sugar
50ml milk
Tin size: 8x10”
Bake 160C (fan) 40-45 mins - or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean

make this in cups!!!!
150g light brown sugar
2 TBSP cinnamon
120g melted butter
(Topping)
360g all-purpose flour
200g sugar
4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
300ML milk
1 tsp vanilla
110g melted butter
3 large ripe bananas mashed
Bake at 160C for 40-45 minutes
Top with icing sugar and milk combination ❤
Cinnamon rolls + Banana bread = Delicious treat 👌❤️👍

I made this today for my family, and it turned out to be amazing. The only modification I did was adding a bit of banana essence to accentuate the banana flavour.

I made this cake and it's wonderful ! I only cooked mine for 30 min. The cake is very moist and not overly sweet so the topping brings it everything it needs ! My son and boyfriend loved it. So I will be making this again. Maybe as muffins for lunches.

Banana bread cinnamon rolls Recepie
1.add light brown sugar ,cinnamon , melted butter into a bowl then stir till combined then set aside
2.add flour caster sugar and baking powder into a bowl and whisk until combined
3. Add eggs milk vanilla extract and whisk until just combined
4.add butter then stir until combined
5.Fold in the banana
6.Pour into lined tin
7.dollop cinnamon onto batter and swirl it through with a knife
8.Bake at 160c for 40-45 minuets or until a toothpic comes out clean
9.for the glaze add icing sugar milk and mix until smooth
10.Pour over warm cake and spread evenly

Do you have a conversion for cups instead of grams for this recipe?
This recipe looks amazing, I'm about to make it using the following measurements...
(If anyone would like to double-check my measurements, that would be great!)
Hope this helps...
Cake:
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
Stir until combined
2 3/4 cups flour
1 cup caster sugar
4 tsp baking powder
Whisk together then add 2 large eggs lightly beaten at room temperature and...
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Less than 1/2 cup butter
Mix then stir in 3 ripe mashed bananas
Then dollop cinnamon mix, stir in with knife
Bake for 160°C fan 180°C without fan (40-45 minutes)
Icing:
1¼ cups + 2 tbsp icing sugar
Then a little less than 3 1/2 tbsp milk
Pour over warm cake

Ok 2 things u need to do a conversion to cups, etc. As already suggested below.
My question is if you are not adding the bananas, what do you substitute? The cake is way too dry & the bAter way to thick to mix without some additional liquid when leaving out the bananas
Maybe some extra milk plus sour cream or plain yogurt.

This recipe is amazing!! Baked this today and it's the prettiest cake I've ever made. Definitely on the sweet side, though! Proceed with caution 😅
Delicious; however, I would do wayyyy less sugar. The bananas already make it sweet, and this calls for way to much sugar than it needs. I did almond milk and it worked great.

How many degrees did you do the cake in the oven? ☺️
@@bettinahuber2377 I don’t exactly remember but the description says 160° Celsius so converting that to Fahrenheit would be 320°. (Depending on which system you use).
I tried it.
My first mix (the cinamon one) turned oit to be very thick. Not as creamy as in her video. The second mix worked. Its in the oven now, will update this once its done

Yeah I had the same problem. When I made this I just looked up the conversions online.

You can make your own light brown sugar. It’s just one cup white sugar +1 tablespoon unsulfured molasses. Mix it with an electric mixer on medium until molasses is completely mixed in.
How do I get the step by step recipe
My brown sugar + cinnamon + melted butter mixture was very liquidy. I only used about half. Did I do something wrong?

I got so frustrated because you talk way too fast and the measurements are not for Americans. I gave up.
I agree but I love bananas too much to give up! Somebody in the comment section converted the metric to imperial. It’s in the oven right now. Smells wonderful!

I’m confused as to why it would be in half metric and half imperial standard. It should be wholly one or the other. Don’t worry, I’ve done the work to convert it to both. If anyone wants it in all metric or all imperial, let me know.
