🍰 Ingredients:
Butter 130g (½ cup, 1 tablespoon)
Sugar 130g (½ cup, 2 ½ tablespoons)
3 Eggs
Plain flour 175g (1 cup, 3 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 2 teaspoons
Melted Butter 50g (3 ½ tablespoons)
Plain flour 2 tablespoons
Dark brown sugar 75g (about 4 tablespoons)
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 21x11x6 cm
Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 35 - 40 minutes

I made it and it was a hit. Next time I'm going to do half oil half butter. It was a little on the dryer side but I did have my mother take it out and I'm very picky about donness (if that's a word🤔). 😋
