- Here's a cut and dry, no words video of what a typical day looks like 6 weeks out from my sub 2:30 marathon attempt. On Wednesday's I have an easy run in between my workouts on Tuesday/Thursday. Today I did not 7 Mile at ~7:15min/mile pace with 6x100m strides after to get the legs moving. Hope you enjoy!

It really unfair to all people like this, doing the work consistenly for years to be smoked by bodybuilder.
