My Daily Routine Training For A MARATHON

  • Here's a cut and dry, no words video of what a typical day looks like 6 weeks out from my sub 2:30 marathon attempt. On Wednesday's I have an easy run in between my workouts on Tuesday/Thursday. Today I did not 7 Mile at ~7:15min/mile pace with 6x100m strides after to get the legs moving. Hope you enjoy!

    I believe if you try to fix your landing a litle bit you will get better results .
    Better mechanics .
    At this effored you need to work on details to get more results
    My humble opinion of course .

      It is a moka pot, used to make espresso on a stove.

    And there is Nick Bare the juicer, who is 15-20kg heavier, doing bodybuilding and running 2:39.
    It really unfair to all people like this, doing the work consistenly for years to be smoked by bodybuilder.
    I know this dude will go sub 2:30 but still its very small difference for such a different lifestyles
