We know how stubborn Ole is, he would never give his managerial position up, it's all he cares about. And he knows that if he can get a few results then the pressure subsides and he will keep his job for longer. That said, the players probably don't back him any more, in which case it is highly unlikely that we will see positive results in upcoming games, meaning he is delaying the inevitable of getting the sack.
