This is exactly what I've experienced and it has caused me much more trauma and sense of hopelessness
Hi, I’ve been a subscriber for some time and today’s the first time I’ve commented. I just wanted to say thank you. I’m so glad you have this valuable information (especially) for California residents. 🥰
Thank you for your kind words, cheering you on.
I am learning that I am probably autistic and so i miss social cues too, and I'm gullible, need justice, So the judges hate me and my attorneys never seem to represent ME or my children
If you are a judge you shouldn't act upon like or doesn't like...sadly it happens a lot.
Thank you so much Tina, your work is so so important!
I want to say thank you! I found you halfway into my family law case I believe... You have taught me and motivated me so much over these past few years without even knowing. Once I found you and started asking questions my lawyer gave me a money ultimatum and dropped me before trial. I had to represent myself for the rest of my case. It then became very difficult, as my lawyer was very popular and respected (things were going her way in my case) it then changed immediately and I felt very teamed up on by the judge and defendants lawyer and basically threatened on a few occasions and was forced into court ordered mediation with my abuser. But with my persistence to not give up and provide the facts (as well as maybe the nervousness of those involved in my case) it ended in an unexpected way. Which now I believe was to protect themselves from accountability given the ridiculousness of how my case was handled and why things were aloud to go on for so long ... Knowing all that I know now, as well as gathering all transcripts and documentation. I am filing judicial complaints against multiple lawyers and Judges/Commissioners. Please wish me luck and thank you again so much! My case is final at the moment however more situations have arised recently which means I will most likely being filing new motions for that as well on top of my complaints. Sadly this system is broken (and sometimes corrupt imo) I am in fear of retaliation and have been in touch with local reporters as well for informational purposes only. Thinking of starting a channel also to discuss my experience but just not sure if I am ready yet.. Thank you again! Much love from WA 💛
Just to add a little context incase it matters, there is a history of dv against me in this case and 3 FINAL parenting plans. All different outcomes with different judges... I will not stop fighting for my boys and I will not stop fighting for the truth.
Thank you.
Thanks soo much for your help I love the way you talk
