Tina, I'm in the thick of all of this right now. Do you by any chance know of any SKILLED law firms to direct me to in the California area? The last attorney I had did not know how to deal with his manipulation and I'm running out of money. I would like to get a good referral.
Other than the "not paying child support" part, you just completely and accurately described Brody Dalle. And the more you defend her in public the more obvious it is that you are clearly disturbed yourself.

The only thing you have to say is that it's all one grand conspiracy against the victim BD and that she and her ex-con boyfriend did absolutely nothing to bring on the situation and that she was charged with contempt and slapped with a restraining order and supervised visitation because the whole system is out to get her and the judge was paid off. YEA VERY CONVINCING.

Yes. Which is why we stay for so long. It’s scary to leave knowing you can’t get help from authorities. I thought they’d see the abuse he’d inflicted on all three of us- but they didn’t. That’s why. Walk a second in my or anyone else’s shoes who are afraid when common sense doesn’t prevail in family court. Then you can judge me and all of us here for our choices.
Some domestic violence cases end in murder. You can't protect your kids if you're dead.

Tina my youngest child's father just caused me and our autistic son to become homeless/displaced forced to stay with froends three states away. Had to leave our pets with former roomate until we figure out what to do next. No money, no longer a vehicle, need help deperately
I’m battling an ex blocking medical access for my chronic pain suffering daughter and am enraged we just got dropped by the first doctor who has been effective in helping heal her condition.
I am so sorry. My biggest frustration is professionals who should have a backbone, but don’t. They should have never dropped her. My heart goes out to you.
