@@MarkShinnick my friend I have sinus tachycardia I take metapralol succinate 75 mg but it doesn't control my heart rate my heart rate then doc pre me echo and tmt after that he pre me ivabradine 5 mg twice I. Feel low energy sym now I have sleep problems also
