Cardiac Delusions: Ivabradine for a shocked patient (Arabic Version)

If you have a shocked patient in the CCU or ICU and he is on IV supports to keep his BP stable, but he is in sinus tachycardia, will you think of starting him on a rate-controlling medication like ivabradine?
Do you think this is right or is it a cardiac delusion?
