A playground ball works in a pinch.....even a sofa pillow!! Great for ab work too!! :)

Okay. I have a 4 lb. ball. Would that work?
Well, it sounds killer to us!! We recommend a pilates ball, but if you choose to try it with your ball, pay attention to your body and do what feels right.
can't do this with a ball. It wont stay
