      A playground ball works in a pinch.....even a sofa pillow!! Great for ab work too!! :)

      Well, it sounds killer to us!! We recommend a pilates ball, but if you choose to try it with your ball, pay attention to your body and do what feels right.

      Lisa Yena try using a pillow or performing the exercises without a ball....still very effective. 💜
